Hello everyone!

I am here with Retro Rubber Challenge blog and we have a new challenge, which is a Tic Tac Toe Challenge. Here is my card for your inspiration. I've created an A2 size card. The stamp set I am using from Jaded Blossom called "Floral Bunny Ears" that was released in March 2022. I stamped, die cut and colored the image with copics. The background is an embossing folder from my stash. I stamped and embossed the sentiment from Jaded Blossom "Blessed Easter" stamp set. I finished off the card by adding some pearl embellishments from my stash.

Newton's Nook Designs - November 2023 New Release - Reveal Day 2

Hello everyone!

It's Reveal Day 2 over at Newtons Nook Designs, the NEWLY released products will be available on Thursday, November 16th. The design team will be featuring Cozy Home Stamp Set with the Coordinating Die Set.

I love this set; it can make some beautiful cards! My card is an A2 card, I stenciled the background using NND Quatrefoil Stencil. I then cut a piece of card stock for the bottom of the card using NND Coffee House Stories 6x6 paper pad. I stamped, colored and die cut the images from the Cozy Home Stamp Set and assembled the card. I stamped and die cut the sentiment using the circle dies from Circle Frames Die Set and Frames Quartered Die Set.

Here is my card using the Scandi Christmas Stamp Set.

My card is an A2 card, I die cut the layers using Frames & Flags Die Set. I took the image from the Scandi Christmas Stamp Set and did some repeat stamping on the top layer. I then stamped, embossed with gold embossing powder and die cut the ornaments and pop them onto the card. The circle was die cut from the Circle Frames Die Set. I stamped the sentiment on it and popped it onto the card to look like an ornament.

Hello everyone!

I am here today featuring the NEW Gina K. Designs "On the Inside" stamp set illustrated by Debrah Warner. This is a 6x8 stamp set perfect for INSIDE your cards! There are 14 different inside greetings and smaller images that would make great backgrounds or coordinate with some of her past sets.

Here are my cards for your inspiration:

Donna Idlet, Gina K. Designs, On the Inside Stamp Set, Positive Greetings Stamp Set, Master Layouts, Olo Markers, Copic Markers, embossing

M first card is an A2 card, I die cut the layers with Master Layouts 1 and embossed the white piece with GKD Lattice embossing folder.  I used the floral image from the Positive Greetings Stamp Set with the coordinating dies.  I colored image with Olo markers.  The sentiment is from the Positive Greetings Stamp Set also.  I stamped the large word with black ink then added clear embossing powder, then stamped and embossed the smaller words with white embossing powder on black cardstock. For the inside, I cut a piece of white card stock 4 x 5 1/4 stamped the sentiment from the NEWLY released "On the Inside" stamp set illustrated by Debrah Warner.  I added the images at the top to coordinate with the outside of the card.  I finished off the card, I added some embellishments in the center of the flowers and around the card.

My second card is also an A2 card, The scalloped layer is die cut from Master Layouts 4 and the stitched white layer is die cut from Master Layouts 2.  The coffee cups are from the "On the Inside" stamp set.  I used my Misti to line up the coffee cups on the front of the card.  I then colored them with Copic markers.  I then stamped the sentiment from the "On the Inside" stamp set.  I heat embossed with white embossing powder and used pop dots to pop the image onto the card.  To finish off the card, I added glossy accent onto the circles on the coffee cups.

Newton's Nook Designs - Pumpkin Spice

Hello everyone!

I am here with Newton's Nook Designs featuring the Pumpkin Latte Stamp Set. This is such a cute Stamp set for the Fall or the coffee lovers that love pumpkin spice coffee.


Here is how I created the card:

1. Stamped the images from the Pumpkin Latte Stamp Set, colored with copics and used the coordinating Pumpkin Latte Die Set.

2. Added the elements onto an oval that was cut out using the Oval Frames Die Set.

3. Added the grass to the bottom of the oval using the Land Borders Die Set and clouds to the top using the Clouds Stencil.

4. The background paper is from the Autumn 6x6 paper pad.

5. Added the sentiment from the Pumpkin Latte Stamp Set heat embossed in white onto a banner using the Frames & Flags Die Set.

6. Finished off the card by adding some enamel dots from my stash.

I am here with The Maker’s Movement sharing a card using the NEWLY Released Everything Sucks Stamp Set and Floral Arrangement Stencil. Love all the flowers that surround the frame.

Here is how I created the card:

1. Card measures 4 1/4 x 4 1/4.  

2.  Die the top layers and dry embossed the Floral Arrangement Stencil on the white layer.

3.  Stamped,  fuzzy cut and colored the frame from the Everything Sucks Stamp Set .  

4. Assembled the card and added some enamel dots onto the card.

I am again today celebrating Newton's Nook Designs birthday!  It's Reveal Day 2 of Newton's Nook Designs NEWLY released products that will be available on Friday, July 15th. Here is my card for your inspiration:




Here is how I created it:

  • A2 card measuring 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2.
  • The top layers of the card is cut from the "Birthday Party" Paper Pad.
  • Stamped and embossed the image from the "Birthday Oval" stamp set, water colored the background with markers from my stash.  Added the sentiment from the "Birthday Oval" stamp set.
  • Assembled the card and for finishing touches added some enamel dots from my stash.

Retro Rubber Challenge Blog #183 - Anything Goes

Here is my card for your inspiration. The stamp set I used on my card is by Gina K. Designs called "Just Because"  that was released March 2020.


Here is how I put the card together:
  1. Created an A2 card measures 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.
  2. Used designer paper from 49th Market called Sherbet.  Die cut the Layers Using Gina K. Designs Master Layouts 1.
  3. Stamped the sentiment from the "Just Because" stamp set in black ink.
  4. Stamped the sentiment with versamark and added white embossing powder and heat embossed.
  5. Die cut the sentiment with a sentiment strip.
  6. Assembled the card and some rhinestones to finish off the card and finished off the card with black enamel dots.

Gina K. Designs - Beautiful Butterflies 2

Hello everyone!

I am sharing this butterfly card I created using the newly released Gina K. Designs Beautiful Butterflies 2 Stamp Set and the Beautiful Butterflies die set illustrated by Melanie Muenchinger.  You can see more inspiration on the Gina K. Here are my cards for your inspiration:


Here is how I created my card:

  • Card is an A2 card, used Master Layouts 1 for the two layers.
  • Ink blended the In the Navy cardstock on the corners.
  • Used GKD Funky Flourish in the background ink blending with GKD White Pigment Ink. 
  • I stamped and heat embossed the largest butterfly from the Beautiful Butterflies 2 stamp set and inked blended with GKD inks.  Die cut the butterfly and used foam squares to pop it up on my card.
  • I stamped the sentiment from the Butterflies 2 Stamp Set and heat embossed in with GKD detail white embossing powder.
  • To finish off the card I added some GKD Angel Aura rhinestones to the butterfly and the card.

Kat Scrappiness - NEW Shaker Kits

Hello everyone!

Here is how I created my shaker kit:
  • Created the Camera Shaker Kit by inking it with Salvage Patina Distress Oxide ink.  
  • Added some versafine ink all over the camera and added clear embossing powder and heat embossed.
  • Assembled the A2 card, adding Lumber Yard slimline paper onto the base of the card.
  • Assembled the Camera kit adding KS Bright Rainbow Heart Sprinkles.
  • Stamped the KS Quokka's from the Quokka'n Up stamp set.  Colored them with copics and added them to my card.

Here is my card for your inspiration. My tic tac toe is Birthday, The Ocean and Blue.  The back ground image is a Hero Arts background stamp called jellyfish party bold print.   This background stamp was released in March 2019.
 

My card is an A2 card, I stamped the background image from the Hero Arts Jellyfish party bold print with white embossing powder an heat set it.  I then used some distress ink and did the smooshing technique to create the blue background.  The Happy Birthday die is from Kat Scrappiness called "Happy Birthday" Brush Script Word die, I die cut the die with blue cardstock three times, and adhered them all together to give the word some interest.  I finished it off by adding some wink of stella on the words and added some dew drops.

Kat Scrappiness - Happy Valentine's Day

Hello everyone!

I am here again guest designing for Kat Scrappiness.  Have you seen the NEW release?  Kat Scrappiness has 6 new mini slimline dies, an adorable Quokka Valentine Stamp set and several Valentine Sprinkles.  I am in love with the slimline dies, they make the perfect sized card.  You can find the full collection here.

Today, I am sharing two cards, on both cards I am using the newly released Valentine Quokka stamp set.  The first card I am using the newly released mini slimline Diamond Wire & Wood Grain die and my second card I used the newly released mini slimline Scalloped Edge and Embossed Edge dies.

My first card, I created the card base at 3 x 6, I then die cut the slimline Diamond Wire & Wood Grain die.  I used some acetate on the back of the diamond slimline and created a shaker card.  I added the newly released Love Hearts and Talk About It Sprinkles for the shaker.  I then stamped and die cut the Quokkas from the Valentine Quokka stamp set and colored them with copics.  For more interest I added the Kat Scrappiness Wonky Wavy Stitched die in the back of the Quokkas.  To finish the card off, I heat embossed the sentiment from the Valentine Quokka stamp set with white embossing powder.

My second card, I created a mini slimline card measuring 3 x 6.  I die cut the scalloped layer with the Scalloped Edge mini slimline die, the next layer I used some design paper called Be My Valentine by Echo Park and die cut it using the mini slimline Embossed Edge dies.  I stamped and colored the Quokka from the Valentine Quokka stamp set.  I added the image to my card and stamped the sentiment from the Valentine Quokka stamp set.

Here is my card, the pumpkin shape I cut with my silhouette, I cut the SVG from the silhouette store.  I am using the Kat Scrappiness Thanksgiving Gnome set. I stamped and cut the images I wanted to use and colored them with copics.

My card is a A2 card, 4 1/4 x 5 1/2, I used the newly released Master Layouts 2 die for my layers.  I heat embossed the image and sentiment with GKD Gold embossing powder.

Here is my card for your inspiration. The set I am using is from Stampin Up called Animal Outing stamp set that was released in June 2018.


My card is an A2 card, I cut a piece of cardstock at 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 and added it to the base of the card.  I then cut some design paper and embossed it from an embossing folder in my stash.  I adhered it to my card.  I cut a piece of card stock 3 x 4 and a piece of white card stock at 2 1/2 x 4 and stamped and adhered them together.  I then stamped the image on a piece of card stock, colored it and added to my card.  I finished the card off by stamping the sentiment.

My first card is an A2 card, I used some paper from my stash to add my first layer on the card that measures 4 x 5 1/2, I am using the digital version of the stamp set, I printed the image and then die cut it with a stitched die, I also die cut the sentiment from the digital set I adhered both pieces to my card.  To give some dimension to the cow, I added some colored the wine glass with copics and added some glossy accent, I used some Nuvo drops to the necklace.





My second card is from the "My Heart" stamp set, I embossed the background with a die from my stash, I used the digital download stamp set, I lined 4 of the spools of thread together added the needle and thread at the end of the spool and printed it out, I cut the paper to size, colored the spools with copics and adhered this to my card base.  The sentiment is from the Joy Clair Designs

Gina K. Designs - March 2020 Monthly Mix Challenge "Somewhere Over the Rainbow"

Hello everyone!

I am here with Gina K. Designs playing along with the Monthly Mix Challenge  hosted by design team member Rema DeLeeuw and she is challenging us with a "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" theme! You can find all the challenge details HERE.

I created a fun Rainbow background using the Gina K. Designs dye inks.  The sentiment is from the new release called Be the Rainbow illustrated by Emily Loggans.
