Color your Life Event with Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps

Saturday, September 22, 2018

Hello everyone!

Today on Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps blog the design team is celebrating colors on your card!  I am using Blowing Leaves and the sentiment is called Autumn Dancing stamps on my card from Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps.  Please stop over on Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps and click on each link for more inspiration.

Here is my colorful card and how I created it:

1.  I began with an A2 card,
2.  I cut a black layer measuring 3 7/8 x 5 1/2,
3.  I die cut the layer with watercolor paper,
4.   I added some ink on the panel and let it dry,
5.  I then stamped the Blowing Leaves stamp with versamark ink and heat embossed them with gold embossing powder,
6.  I then stamped the sentiment Autumn Dancing with versamark and heat embossed it with gold embossing powder, die cut it out and used foam tape to pop it on my card.
7.  I finished off my card by adding foam dots.

Closer look at the embossing and ink.

Rinea - Hello

Friday, September 21, 2018

Hello everyone!

I am here with Rinea with a clean and simple card.  The design team is continuing to showcase  Rita Barakat  beautiful stamps and stencils.

I am using the Rita Barakat "So you say you can't draw" stencil.  I decided to use the stars on the stencil to create my background.  I used distress inks on the background and then added the stars.  I die cut the "hello" with Princess Foiled Paper Variety Pack, I attached the die cut piece to some black foam to give the word some dimension.  I finished the card off by adding some rhinestones.

Another look at my project

Thank you for stopping by, please come back again soon!

Hello everyone!

It's Donna here with Joy Clair Stamps and today I am here with Joy Clair featuring the newly released stamp set from the Everyday line called  "Good Vibes". I can't believe we are almost in the Fall season, this summer was a great one for me.

Here is my card:

Another look at the card

1.  My card is an A2 card, 4 1/4 x 5 1/2,
2.  I took some distress ink and used some masking tape to make the sand, masked off the sand and created the water with distress ink, then I used a cloud stencil to create the clouds,
3.  I stamped the sentiment with black ink,
4.  I stamped and used my scan and cut to cut the images from the Joy Clair Good Vibes,
5.  I then colored the images with Copics,
6.  I then took some glossy accents and put it on the ball and the window and lights of the Jeep to give them some definition (see pic below),
7.  After the glossy accents dried, I arranged the elements on my card and used some foam tape to pop the Jeep and the ball on the card.

Friday, September 21, 2018

Hello everyone!

This is my first Christmas card for the season!  I can't believe we are just leaving Summer and I am creating a Christmas card, it's never to early, right?

I love this cute Penguin stamp from Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps, which is called "Penguin with Hat".  I die cut the  panel, and adhered it to my card, I stamped the images, used my scan and cut to cut them out, and colored them with copics.  The tree is also Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps called "Christmas Tree Fun".  I stamped the sentiment  from Crackerbox & Suzy stamps called "Christmas Greetings Writing" I cut it out with a circle stitched die and used foam tape to pop it up on my card.

Closer look, do you see the wink of stella?
