Hello everyone!

I hope you have enjoyed this month 11 years birthday celebration with Newton's Nook Designs.  To end the celebration this month I am featuring Newton's Birthday Delight stamp set.

D. Idlet, Newton's Nook Designs, A2 Layout 2 die, Birthday Meows Paper Pad

My card is an A2 card (4 1/4 x 5 1/2). I cut the newly released A2 Layout 2 die for the frame. I used different pattern papers for the background from the Birthday Meows Paper Pad. I stamped and die cut the image from the Newton's Birthday Delight stamp set. I colored it with alcohol markers. To finish the card off I added some stickles for the icing and glossy accents on the dots.

D Idet, Sunny Studios, Sunny Studios Big Bold Greetings

I've created a slim line card.  The large sentiment I am using on my card is by Sunny Studios called Big Bold Greetings which was released January 2023. I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment with white embossing powder.  I then used the coordinating die to die cut it.  The background papers is from my stash.  I believe it is from Sunny Studios, but could not find it on their website.

My card is an A2 card, I cut the paper from the Natural Basics paper pad using the NEW Fractured Card Layout Die Set. I stamped, colored and die cut the image from the Newton Loves Pizza Stamp Set and used foam dots to add it to the center of the card. I stamped and embossed the sentiment from the Newton Loves Pizza Stamp Set and die cut it using the a die from the Circle Frames Die Set.

Here is my card for your inspiration:

D Idlet, Newton's Nook Designs,  Newton Loves Pizza Stamp Set. Black & White Basics Paper Pad. A7 Frames & Banners Die Set

I am in love with the new Black & White Basics Paper Pad, the paper is so versatile and will go with everything. My card is an A2 card, I cut the paper from the black & white basic paper pad at 4 x 5 1/2 and cut it at a diagonal. I used the opposite layer of the diagonal and added it to the card (I still have two pieces left to create another card). I added a black strip of paper across the diagonal. I stamped, colored and die cut the image from the Newton Loves Pizza Stamp Set and used foam dots to add it to the center of the card. I stamped and embossed the sentiment from the Newton Loves Pizza Stamp Set and die cut it using the a die from the A7 Frames & Banners Die Set. I finished the card off by stamping the hearts from the Newton Loves Pizza Stamp Set, I colored them and added glossy accents to them for shine.

D Idlet, Newton's Nook Designs,  A2 Card Layout 2 Die Set,  Beekeeper Newton Stamp Set, Beekeeper Newton Die Set, Pastel Paper Pad, Land Borders Die Set

I couldn't resist using the Beekeeper Newton Stamp Set with the coordinating Beekeeper Newton Die Set. This set was released last month. There are many more samples on the NND Blog.

I created my card using the NEWLY released A2 Card Layout 2 Die Set. I die cut it in black cardstock to start. This die fits onto an A2 card. If you have not seen the A2 Card Layout Die Set 1, you can find it here. I die cut the Layout 2 die again using the paper from the Pastel Paper Pad. I die cut the top right hand corner rectangle which I hot foiled using the Honeycomb Hot Foil Plates & Dies.
I die cut the grass from the NND Land Borders Die Set. I stamped and colored the images from the Beekeeper Newton Stamp Set.  I stamped and embossed the sentiments and assembled the card.

D Idlet, Taylored Expressions,  Squeeze the Day Stencil and Stamp Combo

I've created an A2 size card. I am using Taylored Expressions Squeeze the Day Stencil and stamp combo which was released August 2022. I stenciled the background in the colors in the challenge.  I then die cut the panel and added it to a scallop die from my stash.  I stamped the sentiment from the Squeeze the Day die set.

It's Reveal Day 1 over at Newtons Nook Designs, I am excited to share that NND is celebrating their company's 11 Year of being in business!  Happy Birthday Newton! The NEWLY released products will be available on Thursday, July 18th. My card is an A2 size card. I die cut the frame of the card from the NEWLY released Fractured Card Layout Die Set with black cardstock, I then die cut the Layout Die again using the NEWLY released Black & White Basics Paper Pad. I am in love with this die and love the new paper pad. The paper pad is perfect to create masuline cards. The image is from NND Newton's Bubble Tea Stamp Set. The sentiment is from the NND Uplifting Wishes Stamp Set.

My second card is an A2 size card. I die cut the frame of the card from the NEWLY released Fractured Card Layout Die Set with white cardstock, I then die cut the Layout Die again using the NEWLY released Natural Basics Paper Pad. This paper pad is also perfect to create masuline cards. I stamped and die cut Newton from the Newton's Mug Stamp Set. I hot foiled the Coffee Mug from the the NND Coffee Mug Hot Foil Plate and Die set using foil from my stash. The sentiment is also foiled from NND Birthday Greetings Hot Foil Plates which I die cut using the Banner Duo die set.

Newton's Nook Designs - Summer Scoops!

Hello everyone!

I am here with Newton's Nook Designs featuring the Summer Scoops stamp set. The background paper is from the Summertime Paper Pad.  I love this stamp set, it has lots of ice cream images that can be used for many occasions.

Here is my card for your inspiration:

D idlet, Newton's Nook Designs, Summer Scoops, Hello Summer,  Flamingo Oval stamp set, Summertime Paper Pad

My card is an A2 card (4 1/4 x 5 1/2). I cut the background paper from the Summertime Paper pad at 4 1/4 x 5 1/2, and added it to the base of the card.  I cut a sold piece of card stock at 1 1/4 x 5 1/2 and the stripe paper from the Bright Basics Paper Pad at 1 1/2 X 5 1/2, adhered the two pieces together and added it to the card.   I then stamped, colored the popsicles from the Summer Scoops stamp set in rainbow colors.  I then die cut the popsicles, added Glossy Accent to the popsicles, let it dry, adhered  pop dots and adhered them to the card in rainbow order.  


To finish off the card I stamped and embossed the sentiment from the Flamingo Oval stamp set and die cut it using the circle stitched die from the Frames Square Die Set.

Hello everyone!

I am here today featuring the NEW Gina K. Designs "Sweeter with You" bundle illustrated by Lisa Hetrick!  Be sure to check out ALL the new products, released this month. Here is my card for your inspiration:

D Idlet, Gina K. Designs,  Sweeter with You stamp set, Lisa Hetrick, July New Release, fruit, peaches

My card is an A2 card, the base of my card is GKD Peach Bellini.  I then die cut the layers, the black scalloped layer is from ML5 and the white layer is ML4.  I ink blended the background using the Art Deco stencil.  I then stamped, colored and die cut the images from "Sweeter with You" stamp set.   I added the image and leaves to the card, the second peach I used foam tape to pop it up.  I then stamped the sentiment from the Sweeter with You stamp set and heat set it using GKD White embossing powder.  I used the coordinating die to die cut the sentiment.  I added it to the card.  I finished the card off by adding some black pearls from GKD Black, Gold and Silver pearl mix.

I've created an A2 size card. I am using Taylored Expressions Peaceful Pines (Create in Quad) stencil which was released October 2022.  The sentiment is also Taylored Expressions called All Together Christmas, which I die cut using the coordinating die.  This also was released October 2022.

MERRY LITTLE CHRISTMAS CHALLENGE BLOG (MLCCB) - Celebrate the Season

Hello everyone!

I'm here with a new challenge with the Merry Little Christmas Challenge Blog. I hope you will come play along with the Christmas Challenge. It will run for six weeks, ending at 4:00 PM Mountain Time on the 15th of next month, so get out your crafty Christmas stash and come play with us!

D. Idlet, Taylored Expressions, Triple Slim Layering Stencil, Holly Holiday, Merriest Christmas Foil It,

My card is an A2 size card.  I created my card using Taylored Expressions Holly Holiday Triple Slim Layering Stencil.  I stenciled this beautiful floral design using Pinkfresh purple inks on kraft cardstock.  I die cut the image using a rectangle stitched die from my stash.  I used the scallop die and added the kraft layer onto it.  I then foiled the sentiment by Taylored Expressions Merriest Christmas - Foil it using a purple color foil and die cut the sentiment using the coordinating die.
