Joy Clair - Inspirational Arrows

Hello everyone!

I am here with Joy Clair and the whole month of June we are collaborating with Leisure Arts!  I was so excited to be collaborating with them and have the opportunity to work with their products! 

Today,  I am here with Joy Clair featuring the newly released stamp set from the Bible Journaling line called  "Inspirational Arrow". The design team has made some wonderful cards and bible journaling pages, please be sure to check them out over on the Joy Clair blog.

Here is my card I created:

Here is how I put my card together:

1.  My card is an A2 card, 4 1/4 x 5 1/2,

2.  I cut another layer using watercolor paper 4 x 5 1/4,

3.  I picked out the watercolor pencils I wanted to use to create a background,

4.  I colored the background using the colors I choose, 

5.  I took a water brush and activated the colors on my layer,

6.  After I got the effect that I wanted I cut my piece of paper at an angle using my paper cutter. and adhered it to my card,

7.  I stamped and cut out the word "sending" from the Joy Clair stamp set "Hello Sentiments" using the scan and cut,

8.  I then used black ink to stamp the arrows I wanted to use from the Joy Clair Stamp Set Inspirational Arrows,

9.  I finished my card off by adding some black enamel dots.

Joy Clair - Happy Mother's Day

Hello everyone!

I am here with Joy Clair and we are celebrating Mother's Day!  I am using the Joy Clair Doodle Flowers set on my card.  Be sure to stop over at the Joy Clair blog and see what the design team has created.

Here is my card.

Here is how I put my card together:

1.  A2 card, 4 1/4 x 5 1/2

2.  The embossed layer is 4 x 5 1/4,

3.  The plaid paper measures 2 1/2 x 5 1/4,

4.  I stamped the images from the Doodle Flowers set and cut it out with my Scan and Cut, and then colored it with copics,

5.  I stamped the word "happy" from the "Hello Sentiments set and cut it out with my Scan and Cut, I layered it with some black foam to give it some dimension,

6.  I stamped the sentiment "mother's day" also from the "Hello Sentiments set, then die cut it,

7. I added all the elements to the card,

8.  I finished it off by adding some clear bubble drops.

Joy Clair - Color Inspirational Challenge

Hello everyone!

I am here with Joy Clair and we have a new challenge for this month, every month Joy Clair has a challenge starting at the beginning of the month.  There may be an inspiration photo, but the challenges are "Anything Goes".  Joy Clair will be giving away one $25 gift card to the Joy Clair Store, randomly selected to give everyone a chance to win.

Here is the inspiration photo and my card for your inspiration:

My card is a clean and simple one.  I am using the Joy Clair stamp sets "Uh-Oh Ink Spatter" and

 "Hello Sentiments".  I used ink colors that were from the inspiration photo, I then stamped my sentiment and finished my card off with some bling from my stash.

The Joy Clair rules are very simple, you can use any stamp set, the them is  Anything Goes, post your project on your personal blog or an online gallery and link back to Joy Clair.

Joy Clair July Challenge - Happy Birthday Wishes

Here is my card for your inspiration:

My card is a clean and simple one.  I am using the Joy Clair stamp set "Hello Sentiments".  I used a die from Lawn Fawn to cut the "x" layer.  I stamped the word hello three different times with different colors.  I then took a piece of place cardstock and stamped the word "birthday" and "wishes" with versamark and then used white embossing powder and heat set it.  I cut it into a pennant and popped it up on my card.  I finished off the card by adding enamel dots that coordinate colors with the word "happy".
