Gina K. Designs June Monthly Mix Challenge - Congratulations

Monday, June 1, 2020

Hello everyone!

Welcome to the June 2020 Monthly Mix Challenge! This months challenge is called, “Graduation”. Graduation 2020 is going to be a bit different for High School and College Seniors. I have a few friends that have students graduating and thought I would get a head start on getting my cards done. If you know of someone graduating or has graduated make a card for the challenge and send it to them.

I decided to put a sentiment in the card and add the year at the bottom, to document the year.

Measurements:
Card size: 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″
Second panel 4 1/16" x 5 5/16″
Top Panel 4 x 5 1/2"

I hope you enjoyed my card and it has inspired you to join the challenge. There will be THREE winners chosen for a $25 gift certificate. Be sure to load your entry into the challenge. You have until June 30th to enter and the winners will be announced on August 1st.

Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps - Happy Valentine's Day

Tuesday, January 21, 2020

Hello everyone!

I’m here with Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps featuring the Valentine's Day Small rubber stamp.  Crackerbox has lots of new incentives for you this year, please be sure to click here to find out all about it.

Here is my card for your inspiration:

This month’s theme is clean and simple and I have another one to share. My card measures 4 1/4 x 5 1/2. I die cut a background stamp from my stash in two shades of pink.  I glued them together and adhered them to my card.  I then stamped the sentiment on some pink card stock and die cut it with a heart die and adhered it to my card with foam squares.

Closer look at my card.

Thank you so much for stopping by, please come back again soon!

Rinea - Warm Hugs

Tuesday, January 21, 2020

Hello everyone!

I am here with Rinea and I am sharing a cute Valentine card with you today.  I am using the Rinea Fushsia/Gold Glossy Solid Foiled Pack, Rinea Ebony/Gold Glossy Solid Foiled Pack and Rinea Silver/Gold Glossy Solid Packs & Rolls.

Here is how I created my card.

1.  My card is an A2 card measuring 4 1/4 x 5 1/2,

2.  I cut the Rinea Silver Pack paper to 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 and die cut it with a heart background and adhered it to my card,

3.  I then die cut the heart with Rinea Fushsia Foiled Pack and adhered it onto my card,

4.  I then die cut the "warm hugs" with Rinea Ebony Foiled Pack and Rinea Silver Paper and adhered them together,

5.  I then used a cute stamp set by Reverse Confetti and stamped the images and colored them with copics and used my scan and cut to cut them.  I stamped the sentiment from a stamp set from Altenew with versamark and heat embossed it with white embossing powder.  I used foam squares to adhere the images and the "warm hugs" to my card.

Paper Smooches - Grande Hugs!

Saturday, January 14, 2017

Hello everyone,

I decided to take a little brake from my design team duties and play with a new die set and paper I just bought!  The paper is from Authentique and the collection is called "Beloved" the coffee die is from Paper Smooches called "Cozy Coffee" .  I thought the paper and coffee die went perfect together.  The pink, red and black really makes the card stand out.

If you know me I love anything coffee related and I just had to have this set.  This die is really cool, when you die cut the cup, you get the frame of the cup and each piece in the center is separate.  You can create whatever you want, you could die cut it with white card stock and color or use design paper like I have.

Thank you so much for stopping by, please come back again soon!
