Monday, January 25, 2021

Hello everyone!

I am here sharing a couple of cards from the January 2021 release by Gina K. Designs using the Beautiful Wings illustrated by Melanie Muenchinger. You can see more inspiration from the full release on the Gina K. Designs & StampTV Friends Facebook page. To see the full release, you can go HERE under the What's New section.

Here are my cards for your inspiration:

I used watercolor for the background on my card, I stamped the image using GKD Black Onyx ink and used clear embossing powder over it.  I stamped the image and heat embossed with GKD Detail White embossing powder.  I used the NEWLY Released Master Layouts 4 for the scalloped layer and the Master Layouts 3 for the stitched layer.

My second card, I did some ink blending in the background, I used the Master Layouts 1 to die cut the layers and stamped the images using GKD Black Onyx ink.  The sentiment is from the same set.  I finished the card off using GKD Galaxy sequins.

Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps - Trick or Treat

Thursday, September 13, 2018

Hello everyone!

I am here with Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps, with a fun Halloween card, I love to make Halloween cards, I think it's because of love the colors of Fall!  Are you ready for Fall?

Here is the card I am sharing with you today, I used the newly released Crackerbox & Suzy Witches Hat.  I am trying to do more water coloring so I took so water color paper and stamped  the hat several times on my card.  I colored them using water color paints and water colored the background.  I cut the panel out to size and adhered it to my card.  I stamped the sentiment from the Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps called Trick or Treat Circle, die cut it, adhered it to a black circle and used some foam tape to pop it up on my card.  For finishing touches I sprayed it with some Sheer Shimmer Spray and then added some black enamel dots.

Closer look, can you see the shimmer?
