Newton's Nook Designs Skate Paw-ty Exclusive STAMPtember with Simon Says Stamps!

Hello everyone!

I am here featuring the Simon Says Stamps EXCLUSIVE stamp set called "Skate Paw-ty" that Newton's Nook Designs designed for the 2025 STAMPtember celebration! This set is an adorable set! I created an A2 card, I stamped the images and colored them with alcohol markers. I used the NND Card Layout Die 4 for the layers and frame. I stamped the sentiment from the Happy Paw-ty stamp set onto the layer from the Layout Die 4. I assembled the card and added it to an A2 card base.

Newton's Nook Designs - Hummingbird

Hello everyone!

I am here with Newton's Nook Designs featuring the Hummingbird Stamp Set.  The background layers are cut from the NEWLY released Back to Basics die sets, Basic Frame and Frames and Tags .  

Here is my card for your inspiration:

My card is an A2 card, I stamped and die cut the birds and florals from the Hummingbird stamp set.  The set only comes with one Hummingbird and I wanted the bird on the left facing the bird from the set.  I decided to do the technique, reverse stamping. There are lots of YouTube videos on this technique if you don't know how to do it.  I colored the birds and the flowers with alcohol markers.  I die cut the black layer from the Frames and Tags die set.  I then die cut the top layer from the Basic Frame die set.  I masked off the edges on the top layer and created clouds in the background from the Cloud Stencil and ink blended some green at the bottom for grass. I added the sentiment from the Hummingbird Stamp Set and assembled the card.

I've created an A2 size card. The stamp set I am using is from Whimsy Stamps called "Fall Hedgehog" that was released in October 2022. I stamped, die cut and colored the image with copics. The background paper is from my stash. I finished off the card by stamping the sentiment from the Fall Hedgehog stamp set.

Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps - Thinking of You!

Hello everyone!

I am here again featuring the latest release stamp set from Sweet n' Sassy Stamps called Cocoa's Birthday Wish. I can't seem to get enough of this sweet stamp set.  There are so many possibilities.  The sentiment is from the NEWLY released Simple Sentiments Stamp & Die Bundle. The paper I used is the opposite side of my card from Wednesday, which you can find here. 

Here is my card for your inspiration:

My card is an A2 card, I stamped, and die cut the image from the Cocoa Birthday Wish stamp set and colored it with copic markers. The paper on my card is the opposite of my card from Wednesday.  I got two card from one piece of paper measuring 4 x 5 1/4.   The sentiments are from the NEWLY released Simple Sentiments Stamp & Die Bundle.  I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment "my dear friend", cut the sentiment into a stripe and added it to the card.

Newton's Nook Designs - October 2023 New Release Inspiration Day 2!

Hello everyone!

I am here with Newtons Nook Designs, featuring products from the new release! Today I am featuring the Cat Christmas Tree and Dog Christmas Tree stamp sets and coordinating dies, ALL products are available NOW. Here are my cards for your inspiration:

This card is an A2 card. The image is from the Cat Christmas Tree Stamp Set, I colored the images with alcohol markers and die cut the images using the coordinating Dies. I die cut the top layer using the Framework Die Set. I masked off the edges and ink blended the background. I then used the Petite Paw Prints stencil using glitz glitter gel. After everything was dried, I assembled the card. I then stamped and heat embossed the sentiment and die cut it using the Frames & Flag die set.

This card is an A2 card. The image is from the Dog Christmas Tree Stamp Set, I colored the images with alcohol markers and die cut the images using the coordinating Dies. I took a piece of white card stock and ink blended the background.  I die cut the bottom with the Land Border Die.  I assembled the card, stamped and heat embossed the sentiment and die cut it using the Speech Bubble Die Set.

MERRY LITTLE CHRISTMAS CHALLENGE BLOG (MLCCB) - Happy Holidays!

Here is my card for your inspiration:

I am using Trinity Stamps "Holiday Hang Out" Stamp set.  I stamped the image and colored it with copics.  I then added the sentiment from the Holiday Hang Out Stamp Set.  I die cut the image using a die from my stash.  For the background I hot foiled it using Honey Bee Stamps Plaid A2 Hot Foil Plate.  For finishing touches I added some fine glitter onto the ornament and sequins.

Hello everyone!

I am here today featuring the NEW Gina K. Designs "Every Day Amazing" stamp set illustrated by Lisa Hetrick. This stamp set is adorable and is perfect for any occasion. Lisa always creates an idea sheet for her stamp sets, you can find it over on the Gina K. Here are my cards for your inspiration:

I am using the "Every Day Stamp Set".  My card is an A2 card, I stamped, die cut and colored the images that I wanted to use on my card.  I die cut the layers using GKD Master Layouts 1.  For the background I embossed it using GKD Gingham embossing folder.  I created the layout of how I wanted the elements on the card and added it to the background.  The sentiment is from the "Every Day Stamp Set", I stamped and heat embossed with GKD White Embossing Powder and added it to the card. For finishing touches, I added GKD Clear Quatz Solid Sequins.  

My last card is also an A2 card.  The background layers are cut from Master Layouts 2, I stamped the background using the background stamp from the "Every Day Stamp Set", using GKD Black Onyx Ink.  I die cut the center circles from GKD Single and Double Stitched dies.  I ink blended the background on the circle with GKD Sea Glass ink.  Stamped the sentiment and then added the images using GKD Foam Squares.

I am featuring the "Newton’s Harvest Time” with the Coordinating Dies. This is another adorable stamp set that is definitely screaming FALL. I love how Newton is peaking out of the pumpkins. My card is an A2 Card. I stamped the image from "Newton's Harvest Time" stamp set, colored it with copics and die cut it using the coordinating die. For the background, I used the NND Autumn 6x6 Paper Pad.

The sentiment, I used one from the Autumn Greeting Hot Foil Plate. I hot foiled it using Spellbinders Tangerine foil onto some brown card stock and die cut it using NND Banner Duo Die Set. I added the image onto a piece of vellum I die cut from NND Circle Frames Die Set.

Here is my card for your inspiration:

I am featuring the Autumn Apples Stamp Set with the Coordinating Dies. I love everything about this stamp set!  It is definitely screaming FALL!  My card is a mini slimline card.  I stamped the carmel image five times and colored them with copics and die cut them using the coordinating die. For the background, I hot foiled the "Fall Leaves" Hot Foil Plate" using Spellbinders Chili Red Foil.  I stamped the sentiment from the "Autumn Apples Stamp set and die cut it using the NND Circles Frames Die Set. 

For finishing touches I added some glossy accents onto the cholate part of the apple.  These apples look good enough to eat!

I am featuring the Chrysanthemum Stamp Set with the Coordinating Die. I stamped the image, colored with copics and die cut it using the coordinating die. For the background, I used the NND Autumn 6x6 Paper Pad. I die cut the oval frames from the NND Oval Frames Die Set and the rectangle scalloped frame was die cut using the Frames & Flags Die Set. I love how this card turned out. It looks so elegant with the fall colors.

I added the sentiment from the Chrysanthemum Stamp Set. For finishing touches I added some sequins from my stash.

Hello everyone!

It's Reveal Day 1 over at Newtons Nook Designs, and they are celebrating 10 years of being in business!!! NND will be celebrating with fun new birthday themed products and what is a celebration without a SALE and PRIZES!!! My card today features the NEWLY released "Newton's Birthday Delights" stamp set and coordinating dies.  Also "Birthday Meows" 6x6 Paper Pad. 

Here is my card for your inspiration:

My card is an A2 size card, I cut the top layers of the card from the NEWLY released "Birthday Meows" 6x6 Paper Pad. I cut a piece of black cardstock to separate the two sides. I then stamped and embossed the sentiment onto the paper. I then stamped, die cut and colored the image with alcohol markers and used foam tape to pop them up.

For finishing touches on my card, I added some fine glitter and glossy accents on the circles on the cake.

Retro Rubber Challenge Blog - Color Challenge

Here is my card for your inspiration. My card is an A2 card measuring 4 1/4 x 5 1/2. I am using a cute stamp set from Lawn Fawn called "Simply Celebrate Summer" which was released in July 2020.

I created a rainbow of ice cream cones, by stamping the image and then coloring them with copic markers.  I die cut a piece of white cardstock with a stitched rectangle die and added the ice cream image with foam squares.  I stamped the sentiment below the ice cream and finished the card off by adding some sequins and glossy accents onto the ice cream.

Sweet n' Sassy Stamps - Seashell Greetings

 Hello everyone!

I am here with Sweet n' Sassy Stamps, I am featuring one of their new release stamps for the month of June called "Seashell Greetings".  You can find the whole release here.  

Here is my card for your inspiration.

I created an A2 card, the background is ink blended.  I die cut the shells from the "Seashell Greetings" stamp set and colored them with copics.  I stamped the sentiment and heat embossed with white embossing powder.  I finished off the card, by adding some embellishments from my stash.

I am playing along with the monthly Sweet 'N Sassy Stamps VIP Group on Facebook.  The challenge this month is Under the Sea THEME! You just need to use at least one SNSS product for a chance to WIN a prize. You can find the challenge details HERE.

Here is how I created my card.

• A2 card measuring 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2.
• Created two layers black layer measures 4 x 5/14, white layer measure 3 7/8 x 5.
• Stamped the images from the “Fabulous Fungus”, stamp set to create the background. Colored the images with alcohol markers.
• Stamped the sentiments from the “Fabulous Fungus” stamp set onto black card stock and heat embossed with white embossing powder.
• Assembled the card and finished the card off by adding black splatter onto the card.
