To pay homage to their glamour and style, create a project that shows off your hoarded sparkly items. Show some glitz! Pump up the glam! Use this photo below for some extra inspiration.

One lucky winner will win all these goodies donated by Graphic 45!  Go in your hoard and create something with some Sparkle, Glitz or Glam!  You have two weeks to create something beautiful, we can’t wait to see what you have created.

These last two challenges with Craft Hoarders Anonymous, I have loved....did I tell you how much I love Graphic 45 papers!  If I have not told you, I love their products!  For this challenge, I have altered a cigar box I had in my hoard.  The paper I used is from Graphic 45 Couture Collection.  I used the 12 x 12 sheet called "Chic".  I mounted two of the ladies on chipboard and fuzzy cut them out.  I then popped the taller lady up with pop dots.  I added some bling at the bottom of the box.  Then I took a couple of the words from the Couture Alphabet Sticker sheet and mounted them on chipboard and added them on top of the bling.  I cut the word "style" from the 12 x 12 page "accessorize" and mounted into the Tim Holtz ornate plates.  I had the clock and the fluer de lis  in my stash and added it onto the box.  To top the box off I used the knob from Tim Holtz collection.

For the sides of my box, I used the graphic 45 Bird Song collection -"Longevity". The key lock is from Tim Holtz - Locket keys.

Newton Nook's Purr-fect Birthday!

Monday, March 10, 2014

Hello Bloggers,

I am playing along with Newton Nook's challenge #7, which is  "go green".  I used the Newton Nook's Birthday Bash stamp set.  It is such a cute set!  There is still time to play along if you want to join the challenge.  See the colors below.

I color Newton with colored pencils and fuzzy cut the balloon and popped it up.  I just love how he is hanging onto the balloon, which makes it look like he's floating.

Thanks for stopping by.  If you love my card, please leave me a comment, I love reading them.  If you enjoy looking at my blog, I would love for you to join me.  Click on the right hand sidebar "join here".   Thanks for stopping by, please come back again soon!

One lucky winner will win all these goodies donated by Graphic 45!  Go in your hoard and create something vintage or retro!  You have two weeks to create something beautiful, we can’t wait to see what you have created.

Here is my take on the challenge…..I hope you enjoy looking at all the pictures.  I love this paper by Graphic 45, it is Tropical Travelogue.  I love the bright colors in this paper, it reminds me of the Hawaiian Islands.  I visited Hawaii in 2012 and I thought this paper was perfect for my pictures.  I pulled a lot of my hoard out for this project.

This is the 8x8 Matchbook Box by Graphic 45.  I cover the box with the Tropical Travelogue paper, added flowers to decorate the box and colored the "treasured Memory" title with distress ink and added a little burlap to the box.

This is a 6x6 mini album decorated with papers and chipboard from the Tropical Travelogue collection.  I added flowers, ribbons, and trinkets to the album.

The first picture is a picture of the matchbook box with the mini album in it.  The second picture is a look at the inside which is painted black and covered with paper in the bottom.  The other pages are pictures of the inside pages of the mini album.
