Hello everyone!

I am here with Kat Scrappiness sharing a card featuring the Confetti Party Rainbow Dies, Rainbow Hugs Word w/Shadow die and the Spectrum Of Love Slimline Paper Pack.  This would be the perfect card to send your Valentine.

Here is my card for your inspiration:


My card is an A2 card and I used the Confetti Party Rainbow Dies to cut out the frame of the card.  I then used the Spectrum Of Love Slimline Paper Pack to cut out the arches in rainbow order.  I also cut out the arches in white to layer the arches so they would give the rainbow some depth.  I then die cut the Rainbow Hugs Word w/Shadow die with black card stock and cut the shadow with vellum.  I added some hearts from the Bright Rainbow Hearts Sprinkles and added them to the card.  I also added some hearts to the clouds from the Brilliant Pink Hearts.

Hello everyone!

I am here with Newton's Nook Designs featuring the Snowman Greetings Stamp Set and coordinating dies. This is an adorable set, perfect to send someone a winter greeting!


My card is an A2 card, I stamped the image in black and colored with alcohol markers. The sentiment if also from the Snowman Greeting Stamp set. I stamped and embossed the sentiment in white. I die cut the image with the coordinating Snowman Greetings Die Set.
 
For the card background I ink blended a panel and then she added some sparkly snowflakes using the Petite Snow Stencil with glittery texture paste.

Hello everyone!

I am here with Kat Scrappiness sharing a card featuring the NEW A2 Buffalo Plaid Backdrop Dies, Layered Poinsettia dies, and the Joy w/Shadow die.

Here is my card for your inspiration:


I'm in love with the NEW Layered Poinsettia die. I die cut the poinsettia using pink paper and  the leaves using green paper and then inked the blended the pedals, I then added some splatters for some texture.

For the background I used the NEW  Buffalo Plaid Backdrop Dies, die cutting the top layer with white cardstock and the bottom with silver glitter paper.

I added the Joy from the Joy w/Shadow die, I die cut the shadow in black and the letters with the silver glitter paper.  For finishing touches I added some KS Lemon Yellow Pearl Mix in the center of the flower.


Here is a closer look at the poinsettia, I love all the dimension.

Now onto my card, I am featuring Dear Santa Stamp Set with the coordinating dies (grab this set while it's still available, it is on sale!) and the Christmas Time Paper Pad.



Here is how I created my card:
  • Card is an A2 top folding card measuring 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.
  • Cut the top layers using the Christmas Time Paper Pad.  Love how the paper coordinates with the stamp set.
  • Die cut the stitched circle using NND Circle Frames Die Set with vellum.
  • Stamped and die cut the Santa from the Dear Santa Stamp Set and die cut it with the Dear Santa Die Set.
  • Added the circle and the elements to the front of the card and then stamped and embossed the sentiment from the Dear Santa Stamp Set.
  • For finishing touches added some added some fine glitter to the presents and trim on the Santa.

Here is my card for your inspiration. I've have created a flat shaker.  I am using Honeybee Stamps Mugs & Kisses dies that was released in October 2021. The sentiment is from Gina K. Designs from the Holiday Greeting sentiment sheets released in September 2021.

Jaded Blossom - Gingerbread Girl

Hello everyone!

I am back again as Guest Designer for the month of November, with Jaded Blossom! Did you see the latest release? I am loving the add on's for the Gnome dies.  Today I am featuring the Large Gingerbread Girl Stamp Set.  

Here is my card for your inspiration using the Large Gingerbread Girl Stamp Set.  My card is an A2 card measuring 4 1/4 X 5 1/2. 


I started by using the Gumdrop Stencil and inked it up using rainbow colors.  I added some Glitz Glitter on the second layer of the stencil.  I then colored the gingerbread girl using copic markers (E31, E35, E57 and E79).  I then paper pieced the icing and the bow on the gingerbread girl.  I wanted to match the background with rainbow colors.  The bow I used pop dots to give it some dimension.  The paper I used was Lawn Fawns Really Rainbow 6x6 paper pad.  


To finish off the card, I added some enamel hearts down the front of the gingerbread girl.  I heat embossed the sentiment from the Gnome Baked Stamp Set.

I hope you have been inspired and try to recreate my card.  I enjoyed making this rainbow inspired card.

Kat Scrappiness - 2022 Winter Release

Hello everyone!

I am here with Kat Scrappiness, Inc. and the Creative Crew is showcasing lots of products from the 2022 Winter Release! I am featuring two cards I created using a variety of NEWLY Released products from Kat Scrappiness. Be sure to stop by the Kat Scrappiness Blog for lots of inspiration. My first two card I am featuring the Nativity Scene Die.


My card is an A2 card measuring 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  I die cut the Nativity Scene Die from black cardstock. I cut a piece of white cardstock and ink blend the background. I spattered some white paint on the panel to look like snow. the stars I cut from the Nativity Scene Die with shimmering paper. Added the ink blended piece to the card base and then adhered the nativity scene to it.  I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment from the Reindeer Games sentiment stamp set with silver embossing powder.

My second card features lot of Kat Scrappiness products.


My second card is an A2 flat shaker card.  the background paper is from the NEWLY released 6x6 Reindeer Games Paper pad.  I cut this a little smaller than the KS Shaker front.  I adhered the shaker front to the paper leaving the top open to add the sequins.  I added this to the card base.  I die cut the wreath from the Wreath Die in two shades of green and adhered it to the front of the shaker.  I die cut the bow from the Build a Bow Die, the Noel w/shadow and the berries from the Christmas Foliage and added them to the Wreath Die.

Newton's Nook Designs - Sweet Holiday

Hello everyone!

I am here with Newton's Nook Designs featuring the Newton's Candy Cane Stamp Set and coordinating dies. This is an adorable set, perfect to send out for your Christmas cards.


The card is an A2 card, for the top layer I used the Meowy Christmas Paper Pad that features the same candy cane kitty image and cut candy piece. I love how some of Newton's stamps have matching paper. I colored the images with alcohol markers added glitter to the white portions of the Santa hat and candy piece for some sparkle! I cut the images out using the coordinating Newton's Candy Cane Die Set.  I added some glossy accents to the little heart.


I layered a vellum oval over the center, cut out using our Oval Frames Die Set. The message "Wishing you a SWEET holiday!" from the Newton's Candy Cane Stamp Set was embossed onto the oval. I added a couple of pine boughs to the top of the oval, cut out using our Pines & Holly Die Set, for a festive touch!

Jaded Blossom - Coffee is Life!

Hello everyone!

I am so excited to be a Guest Designer for the month of November, here at Jaded Blossom! Did you see the latest release? I am loving the add on's for the Gnome dies. This month I love the new release Gingerbread and Baking add on's! I have to admit, I have every add on that Jaded Blossom has released and it's so exciting to see each month what creative add on's they create.

I am playing along with the Fall/Winter Coffee Lover's Blog Hop.  I love coffee and playing along with their blog hop.  If you are interested in playing along, all the details are here, the hop if from November 11-18.


Here is my card I created using the Gingerbread add on.  I started with the Girl Gnome Die and used the  Gingerbread add on.


My card is an A2 card measuring 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 top folding.  The layers are cut from some card stock in my stash, the first layer is 4 x 5 and the design paper is 3 7/8 x 4 7/8.  I die cut the body from the Girl Gnome Die and then die cut the elements from the Ginger Gingerbread add on using paper from my stash.  I love how the teal and brown look together.  I couldn't help myself, I had to use the coffee cup also from the Gingerbread add on.   


Here is a closer look of my card.  I added a piece of vellum to the background panel and added the gnome using foam tape.  The sentiment is from one of my favorite stamp sets called Gnome Brewed.  To finish off the card, I added some enamel dots.

Here is my card for your inspiration.


My card is a Mini Slimline, Card base measuring 3 1/2 x  6.  I cut a piece of stripe paper from the Perk Up 6x8 Paper Pad and adhered it to the card base.  I die cut the Mini Slimline Heart Sunburst Die and adhered it to the card.  I die cut the coffee cup from the Cuppa Love Shaker Card Dies added acetate to the front cup and then added foam strips, added the Rootbeer Float Sequin Mix and added the back cup to the front.  Added this cup to the card.  Stamped and heat embossed the sentiment with clear embossing powder and die cut it with the coordinating die and used foam tape to add it to the card.

Jaded Blossom Stamps - November 2022 Anything Goes Challenge

Hello everyone!!

I'm super excited to be a guest designer for Jade Blossom Stamps this month! I fell in love with their gnomes and coffee stamps years ago and cannot get enough of them. This month's Jaded Blossom Challenge is Anything Goes. I could not help myself but to use the cute stamp set Gnome Brewed.


I created the background by stamping the coffee cups from the Gnome Brewed stamp set and then colored them with Copic markers. I stamped and die cut the two Gnomes and colored them with Copics. I added a piece of vellum to the background and then added the gnomes. I stamped the sentiment and heat embossed with white embossing powder. To finish the card off, I added some hearts to the cups and onto the sentiment strip.

MERRY LITTLE CHRISTMAS CHALLENGE BLOG (MLCCB) - Noel

Hello everyone!

I'm here with a new challenge with the Merry Little Christmas Challenge Blog. I hope you will come play along with the Christmas Challenge. It will run for six weeks, ending at 4:00 PM Mountain Time on the 15th of next month, so get out your crafty Christmas stash and come play with us!

Here is my card for your inspiration:


My card is an A2 top folding card.  I am using Taylored Expressions Foil It - Noel and Noel Stencil & Clear Combo.  I used Gold Deco Foil Transfer Sheets which I used with my Minc Machine.  I used Gina K. Designs inks with the stencil (Spruce Dark, Spruce Light, Dark and Light Carnation).  I die cut the foil layer with TE Stitched Rectangle Stacklets and added the gold layer with a Scallop Die from my stash.  Finished off the card by adding TE Gold Drip Drops.

Here is how I created my card:
  • Card base is an A2 card, measuring 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.
  • Die cut the layers using KS Never Ending Rectangle Dies, top layer pattern paper is from the 6x6 Gobble Gobble 6x6 Paper Pad. 
  • Die cut the words "Give Thanks" from the Give Thanks with Shadow Die.
  • Stamped, die cut and colored the images from the Gobble Gobble Stamp Set.
  • Die cut the bottle from the Cast a Spell Dies.
  • Assembled the card and added Espresso AB Pearl Mix to the card.

Hello everyone!

I am here with Newton's Nook Designs featuring the Frosty Folk Stamp and Dies Sets. I love this cute set with the snowmen family all together, just like the sentiment says, "Winter is warmer together".

Donna Idlet, Newtons Nook Designs, Frosty Folks Stamp Set, Christmas Tree Line Stencil, Christmas card, snowmen, Frames & Flags Dies, Framework Dies, Merry Christmas

Here is how I created the card:
  • Die cut the top layer using the Framework Dies.
  • Used the Christmas Tree Line Stencil in the background, adding some Therm O Web Gold Glitz Glitter Gel to the trees.
  • Stamped the image from the Frosty Folks Stamp Set colored with copics and die cut with the coordinating Frosty Folks Die Set.
  • Stamped the sentiment from the Frosty Folks Stamp Sets, heat embossed with white embossing powder, die cut the sentiment using the Frames & Flags Dies.
  • Ink blended the background and added snowflakes from the Frosty Folks Stamp Set.
  • Assembled the card and finished off the card by adding fine glitter to the hats.

Hello everyone!

I am using a stamp set from Taylored Expressions called Diamond Botanical. The stamp set was released in February 2021. I have used earth tones on the card, reds, browns and greens.


Here is my card for your inspiration and how I put it together:
  • Created an A2 card measures 4 1/4 x 5 1/2
  • Die cut the strips from TE 1/2" Easy Strips in different card stocks and adhered to a piece of paper.  
  • Stamped the strips with a wooden background stamp with white pigment ink and then die cut it with a stitched die.
  • Stamped and heat embossed the triangle from the Diamond Botanical.
  • Die cut the center with the coordinating die.
  • Stamped and heat embossed the sentiment from the Diamond Botanical stamp set onto vellum and adhered it to the back of the triangle.
  • Assembled the card and added some clear bubbles to the card.
