KAT SCRAPPINESS - MAY 2023 ESSENTIALS RELEASE

Hello everyone!

I am here with Kat Scrappiness, Inc. and the Creative Crew is showcasing products from the 2023 Essentials Release! I have two cards I created using a variety of NEWLY Released products from Kat Scrappiness. Be sure to stop by the Kat Scrappiness Blog for lots of inspiration. My first card I am featuring is from the NEWLY released Nesting Stitched Diamonds and Sending You Crafty Hugs w/Shadow. The card is an A2 card measuaring 4 1/4 x 5 1/2. I love the Nesting Stitched Diamonds. I created a sort of geometric card using rainbow colors. I die cut the Crafty Hugs die with black cardstock and the showdow with vellum. I added glossy accents to give the card some shine. To finish the card off I added a mixture of KS Pearl Mixes.

My second card could easily be a masculine card.  I love the black and white strips that I die cut using the NEWLY released A2 Stitched Strips.  The word die is new to KS called Get Well Die,  I die cut the words in white cardstock and the background with black and vellum, so that the words would pop off the card.  I finished the card off by adding some KS Onyx Black Pearl Mix.

KAT SCRAPPINESS - Hello Friend!

Hello everyone!

I am here with Kat Scrappiness sharing a card featuring the many products from Kat Scrappiness.  My card is a mini slimline card using KS Glitter Galore cardstock.  

Here is my card for your inspiration:

My card is a top folding mini slimline card measuring 3 1/2 x 6 top.  The background paper is called Glitter Galore premium cardstock.  I die cut the rainbow colors from the paper pad using KS Stitched Slimline Strips Dies.  I then die cut the stripes from KS Mini Slimline Double Stitched Dies.  I used KS Stitched Foliage Dies for the white leaves and the sentiment is heat embossed with white embossing powder from the Simple Sentiments, I used the Sentiment Sentiments to die cut all the words.  To finish off the card, I added Diamond Rhinestones.

My second card is featuring the NEWLY released Build a Cake Die using the background Q-bert Quilt. I adhered the Build a Cake Die over the Sweetheart Doily Craft Dies and adding the sentiment Congrats Word Dies with the Shadow.  A perfect card to send a bride and groom congratulations!

Kat Scrappiness - Toast to Your Birthday!

Hello everyone!

I am here with Kat Scrappiness sharing a card featuring the NEWLY released Birdie Birdhouse Craft Dies along with the coordinating sentiments called Butter Me Up Stamp Set. 

Here is my card for your inspiration:

My card is a mini slimline, the card base measures 6 x 3 1/2. The background layers are cut from the Be My Valentine 6x6 Paper Pad.  The scallop die is from the mini slimline scallop die.  I die cut the images from the Butter Me Up Craft Dies then adhered them together. I added some rosie cheeks on the one image to give her some character.  I stamped and embossed the sentiment from the Butter Me Up Stamp Set and layered it.

KAT SCRAPPINESS - Rainbow Hugs

Hello everyone!

I am here with Kat Scrappiness sharing a card featuring the Confetti Party Rainbow Dies, Rainbow Hugs Word w/Shadow die and the Spectrum Of Love Slimline Paper Pack.  This would be the perfect card to send your Valentine.

Here is my card for your inspiration:

My card is an A2 card and I used the Confetti Party Rainbow Dies to cut out the frame of the card.  I then used the Spectrum Of Love Slimline Paper Pack to cut out the arches in rainbow order.  I also cut out the arches in white to layer the arches so they would give the rainbow some depth.  I then die cut the Rainbow Hugs Word w/Shadow die with black card stock and cut the shadow with vellum.  I added some hearts from the Bright Rainbow Hearts Sprinkles and added them to the card.  I also added some hearts to the clouds from the Brilliant Pink Hearts.

Kat Scrappiness - 2022 Winter Release

Hello everyone!

I am here with Kat Scrappiness, Inc. and the Creative Crew is showcasing lots of products from the 2022 Winter Release! I am featuring two cards I created using a variety of NEWLY Released products from Kat Scrappiness. Be sure to stop by the Kat Scrappiness Blog for lots of inspiration. My first two card I am featuring the Nativity Scene Die.

My card is an A2 card measuring 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  I die cut the Nativity Scene Die from black cardstock. I cut a piece of white cardstock and ink blend the background. I spattered some white paint on the panel to look like snow. the stars I cut from the Nativity Scene Die with shimmering paper. Added the ink blended piece to the card base and then adhered the nativity scene to it.  I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment from the Reindeer Games sentiment stamp set with silver embossing powder.

My second card features lot of Kat Scrappiness products.

My second card is an A2 flat shaker card.  the background paper is from the NEWLY released 6x6 Reindeer Games Paper pad.  I cut this a little smaller than the KS Shaker front.  I adhered the shaker front to the paper leaving the top open to add the sequins.  I added this to the card base.  I die cut the wreath from the Wreath Die in two shades of green and adhered it to the front of the shaker.  I die cut the bow from the Build a Bow Die, the Noel w/shadow and the berries from the Christmas Foliage and added them to the Wreath Die.

Here is my card for your inspiration.

My card is a Mini Slimline, Card base measuring 3 1/2 x  6.  I cut a piece of stripe paper from the Perk Up 6x8 Paper Pad and adhered it to the card base.  I die cut the Mini Slimline Heart Sunburst Die and adhered it to the card.  I die cut the coffee cup from the Cuppa Love Shaker Card Dies added acetate to the front cup and then added foam strips, added the Rootbeer Float Sequin Mix and added the back cup to the front.  Added this cup to the card.  Stamped and heat embossed the sentiment with clear embossing powder and die cut it with the coordinating die and used foam tape to add it to the card.

Here is how I created my card:

• Card base is an A2 card, measuring 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.
• Die cut the layers using KS Never Ending Rectangle Dies, top layer pattern paper is from the 6x6 Gobble Gobble 6x6 Paper Pad. 
• Die cut the words "Give Thanks" from the Give Thanks with Shadow Die.
• Stamped, die cut and colored the images from the Gobble Gobble Stamp Set.
• Die cut the bottle from the Cast a Spell Dies.
• Assembled the card and added Espresso AB Pearl Mix to the card.

Kat Scrappiness - Pawsome Dog 2 and Pawsome Cat October 2022 Release

I am here with Kat Scrappiness, Inc. and the Creative Crew is showcasing lots of products from the Pawsome Dog 2 and Pawsome Cat October 2022 NEW release! Here are my first two cards using the Pawsome 2 products for your inspiration.  All supplies are listed below.  

Here is how I created the card:

My first card features the newly released Build A Pawsome Dog Die and In the Dog House Die.  The sentiment and design paper are previously released.  The layers are die cut using the Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Dies and Double Stitched Rectangle Dies.  The heart is from the  Double Stitched Heart Dies.  I die cut the paw from the In the Dog House Die.

My second card features the NEWLY released "In the dog House Die" and the "Pawsome Love Backdrop Die".  The wood grain paper is from the previously released "Lumber Yard Paper Pad".  The dog and sentiment is from the previously released "Pawsome Dogs Stamp & Die" and "Pawsome Dog Sentiments & Die".

My next two cards are using products from the NEWLY released Pawsome Cat Release.

I created a "Z Fold Card" which can fit in an A2 envelope.  There are lots of tutorials on youtube if you would like to recreate this card.  The papers I used are from the 6x6 "Kats Meow Paper Pad".  The image and sentient are from the "Pawsome Cat Stamp & Die" and  "Pawsome Cats Sentiment".  

My second card I created using the NEWLY released Pawsome Cat products.  The background I dry embossed the  Fish Bone Stencil.  I die cut the layers using the Never Ending Rectangle Dies.  The cute cat and sentiment are from the "Pawsome Cats Stamp & Dies" and "Pawsome Cats Sentiments".  The blue and white strip paper is from the "Kat's Meow paper".

• Card base is an A2 card, measuring 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.
• Die cut the top layer using KS newly released Boo to You paper pad with the KS Double Stitched Rectangle Dies.
• Die cut the words from the KS Spooky Happy Halloween Dies.
• Die cut the bottle from the Cast a Spell Dies.
• The vellum is die cut using the Stitched Nesting Hexagon Dies.
• Added foam tape to the back of the Spooky Happy Halloween and the Cast a Spell Die.
• Assembled the card and added the stars from the Groovy Ghouls Sprinkle Mix.

Kat Scrappiness - Just a Note to Say Hello

Hello everyone!

I am here with Kat Scrappiness with a card using the NEWLY released products! I am featuring the Kat Scrappiness Mail Storm background die and the Simple Sentiments Stamp & Die Bundle. I created a shaker card using some embellishments from Kat Scrappiness.

Here is how I created the card:

• Created the card using the newly released Mail Storm background die to create a shaker card.
• Ink blended a piece of card stock and added it the card base.
• Ink blended another piece of card stock and die cut the background die.
• Added the piece of acetate and adhered it to the background.
• Added foam tape along the edges and adhered it to the background panel.
• With the left over background paper, die cut the word "Hello".
• Stamped and heat embossed the sentiment from the NEWLY released Simple Sentiments Stamp & Die Bundle
• Assembled the card.

Here is my card for your inspiration.

Here is how I created the card:

• A2 card measuring 5 1/2 x 4 1/4.
• Cut a 1/2 inch off the bottom and added the Spider Web border from the Halloween Borders Dies.
• Cut the paper on the front panel from the Creepy & Kooky 6x6 paper pad.
• Die cut the Happy Halloween from the Happy Halloween Word Dies With Shadow.
• Die cut the spiders from the Creepy Crawly Dies and added some googly eyes.
• Stamped, die cut and colored the witches hat with Copics from the Quokka Halloween Costume Add On Stamps.
• Added a white panel on the inside of the card.
• Finished the card by adding KS black enamel dots.
• Assembled the card.

Here is my Santa Shaker Kit for your inspiration:

Here is how I created my shaker kit:

• Created an A2 card measuring 5 1/2 x 4 1/4.
• Cut a piece of card stock at 5 1/2 x 4 1/4, added a circle mask to be the moon, inked blended the background with distress inks, added some white splatter to look like snow.
• Created the Santa Shaker Kit by inking it with Black Soot Distress ink.
• Assembled the Shaker Kit by adding the acetate onto the frame of the shaker.  Added the Pretty Present Sprinkles and All the Trimmings Sequin Mix into the shaker and closed it by adding another piece of acetate onto the back.
• Stamped the sentiment from the Merry Critters Stamp Set.
• Assembled the shaker onto the card base.

Kat Scrappiness - Shake it Up! Shaker Card & Embellishment Release

Hello everyone!

I'm here with Kat Scrappiness and the Creative Team is sharing inspiration using the newest shaker card kits, embellishments, and the new Creepy & Kooky Halloween 6x6 paper pad. Be sure to stop over to the Kat Scrappiness blog for more inspiration.  

Here is my card for your inspiration.  I created a shaker card featuring the NEW Creepy & Kooky Halloween paper pad and some other Kat Scrappiness products.

Here is how I created the card:

• Mini slimline card measuring 3 3/4" x 6 1/4".
• Die cut the frame from the KS Mini Slimeline Frame Dies, added some acetate behind the frame.
• Die cut the back panel using the Never Ending Rectangle Die Set.
• Added some foam tape behind the frame, added the embellishments to the inside of the shaker (Groovy Ghouls Sprinkle Mix, Halloween Confetti), and adhered it to the back panel, then adhered it to the card base.
• Front of the shaker, die cut the elements from the Crafter's Essentials Halloween Die Set (tree and pumpkin) and Creepy Crawler dies (spider web and spider).
• Stamped, colored with copics and die cut the elements from the Dress Up Quokka and Quokka Halloween Costume Add-On Stamp Sets.
• Stamped heat embossed sentiment from the Happy from the Hippity Hoppity Sentiments and Halloween from the Happy Day Stamp Set.  Die cut it using the Boxed Sentiment Strips.
• Assembled the card and finished it off by adding some ghost from the Halloween Night Sequin Mix.

Kat Scrappiness - I Chews You!

Hello everyone!

I am here with Kat Scrappiness with a card using the NEWLY released products Pawsome Dogs, Pawsome Dogs Sentiments, Dog Bone stencil, and Pawsome Boy 6x8 cardstock. This card would be wonderful to give to someone who loves dogs.

  

Here is how I created the card:

• A2 card measuring 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.
• Used the Never Ending Rectangle Dies to Die cut the top layer, using the Pawsome Boy 6x8 cardstock.
• Die cut the middle layer using the Never Ending Rectangle die, die cut another piece of paper to add to the bottom of the layer to ground the dog.  
• Ink blended the background center layer with the Dog Bone stencil.
• Stamped, die cut and colored the image with copics from the Pawsome Dogs.
• Stamped the sentiment from the Pawsome Dogs Sentiments.
• Assembled the card.

• Used the Never Ending Rectangle Dies to Die cut the top layers using the Pawsome Boy 6x8 cardstock.
• Stamped, die cut and colored the image with copics from the Pawsome Dogs
• Stamped the sentiment from the Pawsome Dogs Sentiments and die cut it using the KS Embossed Edged Dies.
• Assembled the card and finished the card off by adding some KS Paw Print embellishments.

Kat Scrappiness - Pawsome Dog August 2022 New Release!

Hello everyone!

I am here with Kat Scrappiness, Inc., and the Design Team is featuring the Pawsome Dog August 2022 NEW release! I am showcasing two cards I created using the NEW Pawsome Dogs, Pawsome Dogs Sentiments, Paw Print stencil, and Pawsome Girl 6x8 cardstock.   All the products are listed below.

Here are my cards for your inspiration:

Here is how I created the card:

• A2 card measuring 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.
• Created a rainbow clouds on the top layer, die cut the layer with the KS Embossed Edge Rectangle Dies.
• Stamped the images from the Rainbow Bridge Sentiments.  Colored the bridge with alcohol markers in rainbow order and added some paws from the Paw Print Stencil into the clouds.  
• Assembled the card and finished it off by adding some KS Multicolor Paw Print Sprinkles.

My second card, I am using the NEWLY released Pawsome Dogs, Pawsome Dogs Sentiments
Paw Print stencil, and Pawsome Girl 6x8 cardstock.

Here is how I created the card:

• A2 card measuring 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.
• Used the Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Dies to Die cut the top layer using the Pawsome Girl 6x8 cardstock.
• Die cut the heart with the Double Stitched Heart Dies, die cut another heart with white card stock and ink blended the paws using the NEW Paw Print stencil. Stamped the sentiment in the center of the heart using the NEW Pawsome Dogs Sentiments Stamp Set.
• Stamped, die cut and colored the images with copics from the Pawsome Dogs
• Assembled the card and finished the card off by adding some KS Heart Sprinkles.
