Hello everyone!

I am here playing along with a couple of challenges today.  The first is Dare 2B Artzy and the challenge is to use pastel colors on your card.

The second challenge, I have been playing all week is Photo Scraps Store color challenge.

Here is my card for your inspiration.  My card uses a Dare 2B Artzy Leaf Background Die. This die is so pretty and so intricate. I've had this die for a while, but I couldn't resist getting it, it is so pretty and intricate.  There are several ways you can use this die, hop over to Dare 2B Artzy blog and they have lots of inspiration.  The sentiment is from the Well Wishes stamp set, which is a very nice set to have in your stash, lots of sentiments and beautiful font.

I die cut the leafy background with white cardstock and inked it with distress ink.  I then die cut the leaf from a piece of  alcohol Ink Cardstock, I created using alcohol inks.  I stamped it with black ink and used foam dots and popped it up on the background die.  I used alcohol inks on the background panel and attached it to an A2 card.

Here is my card, it is an A2 card, I cut the first layer at 4 1/4 x 5 7/8 and used a stencil to create my background. I then stamped the Crackerbox & Suzy Stamp "Cauldron" and colored it with copics, I added some glossy accents on the bubbles and some NUVO Crystal Drops to the green parts of the image. I then fuzzy cut the image out. I stamped the sentiment from Crackerbox & Suzy Stamp called "Toil and Trouble" and die cut it out in a circle to look like the moon. I used foam squares to the images and adhered them to my card.

Chatterbox Suzy Stamps - Three Pumpkins

Hello everyone!

I am here with Crackerbox Suzy Stamps and I have a Halloween card to share with you today, using two of the newly release stamps.  The first one is Smiling Pumpkin and Pumpkin Plump .  These pumpkins are so adorable and easy to color! 

Here is how I created my card:

My card is an A2 card, I stamped the Smiling Pumpkin first, then masked it off and stamped the Pumpkin Plump on each side of the Smiling Pumpkin with Memento black tuxedo ink.  I then masked the two end pumpkins off and took used some distress ink using a Tim Holtz mini stencil set #22 to create my background.  I then colored the pumpkins using Copic markers.  I die cut the layer with a stitched die and adhered it to my card.

I stamped the Halloween sentiment from Bats in a Belfry, I die cut it out with a stitched pennant and used foam tape to pop it up on my card.  I finished the card off by adding some Nuvo Aqua Shimmer - Glitter Gloss to give the pumpkins some shimmer.

This post is my last post on the 2017 design team for A Blog Named Hero, I have enjoyed sharing my creations using Hero Art Stamps and Collaborating Companies this year.  Thank you Jessica and Lisa for making this year a fun one!  On to my card......

My card is a clean and simple card, here is how I put my card together:

I die cut the Simon Says Everglade Collage wafer thin die which measures 4 1/4 x 5 1/2. I cut another piece of cardstock the same size.  I inked the second piece of cardstock with Tim Holtz distress  ink Salty Ocean for the background.  I stamped the distress piece with Hero Arts Intense Black ink.  I stamped the tree with Hero Arts Forever Green ink and fuzzy cut it out and popped it up on the tree.  I finished the card off with the stars from the Hero Arts Champagne Sequins Mix.

I am here with Joy Clair showcasing the new release "Three Wise Men" stamp set. This set is perfect for bible journaling, but I decided to make a CAS card.  I love all the images in this set and there are three nice sentiments to go along with the images.  Hop over to Joy Clair's blog and see all the wonderful projects the design team has created!

Here is my card:

Here is how I created it:

1.  The card is an A2 vertical card, 5 1/2 x 4 1/4,
2.  The first layer measures 5 x 3 7/8,
3.  The top layer measures 4 7/8 x 3 1/2,
4.  I used distress inks black soot, seedless perserves, victorian velvet, antique linen and mustard seed to make the sky and the glow behind the village stamp,
5.  I stamped the images with black versafine ink,
6.  I created a hill and stamped the sentiment with silver embossing powder.

a2z Scrapbooking - Color It In Challenge

Hello everyone,

I am back again with a2z Scrapbooking challenge which is “Color It In”! You have to use at least one Hero Arts image on your card that you can color in. Please go to the a2z blog and see what the talented design team has created. You can also add your project to the inlinkz here.  There is only about a week to play along!

I am using the Color Layering Flamingo stamp set and die.  I love this set it is so adorable.  I distressed my background to look like the sunset and water below.  I added the greenery in two different colors Moss and Pine by Hero Arts.

I stamped the flamingo's in Hero Arts ink Soft Pink, Bubble Gum and Ultra Pink.  I die cut them out and cut the feet off, because I stamped them right to the card.  I popped them up on the card.  I finished off the card by adding the sentiment.
