Gina K. Designs - Tranquil Tulips Birthday Wishes Card

Hello everyone!

I am here featuring Gina K. Designs newly released Tranquil Tulips Stamp Set, I created a clean and colorful birthday design with a little extra dimension.  Be sure to check out ALL the new products release this month.  You can also find lots of inspiration over at Gina K. Here is my card for inspiration:

I began by stamping the tulip arrangement onto white cardstock and coloring everything with alcohol markers, blending shades of pink for the flowers and vibrant greens for the leaves. Once the coloring was complete, I die cut the panel using Master Layouts 2, giving it a beautiful stitched border.

To help the focal panel stand out, I layered it onto the black scalloped frame from Master Layouts 4 before adhering everything to a bright pink card base. The black scalloped layer creates a bold contrast that really makes the tulips pop.

For added depth, I stamped and die cut the two separate tulips included in the stamp set and attached them with foam squares over the main image. This simple step adds wonderful dimension and brings the bouquet to life.

I finished the card by stamping and die cutting the “Birthday Wishes” sentiment from the set and placing it across the bottom of the floral arrangement. A few black pearls scattered around the design provide the perfect finishing touch and tie in beautifully with the black scalloped frame.

This card came together quickly but has lots of interest thanks to the layered dies, dimensional flowers, and vibrant coloring. The Tranquil Tulips Stamp Set is perfect for birthdays, thinking of you cards, Mother’s Day, and so many other occasions.

My first card I am using the NEWLY released Christmas Greeting Stamp Set, Gift Builder Die Set
and the Christmas Time Paper Pad. I paired the new products with the Frames & Tags Die Set (postage die) and the stitched die is from Basic Frames Die Set. The sentiment is from the NEWLY released Christmas Greeting Stamp set.

Here are my cards for your inspiration:

My card is an A2 card, I die cut the layers using GKD Master Layouts 1. I stamped the sentiment from the So Berry Sweet stamp set, then I embossed the white layer using GKD Tapestry embossing folder.  I stamped and die cut the strawberries and colored them with copics. I die cut the circles from the single and double circles and added the leaves and strawberries to the card.  I finished off the card by adding some disco balls.

Hello everyone!

I am here today featuring the NEW Gina K. Designs "Believe in Miracles" stamp set illustrated by Arjita Singh! There are also dies to die cut the beautiful floral images also the word "believe".  Be sure to check out ALL the new products, there are so many great products released this month.  You can also find lots of inspiration over at Gina K. Here are my cards for your inspiration:

My card is an A2 card, I cut a piece of black cardstock 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 and embossed it using GKD Petite Flourish embossing folder.  I adhered this panel to the card base.  I then stamped and die cut the floral image from the "Believe in Miracles" stamp set.  I colored it with copic markers.  I added the image to the card base.  I stamped the sentiment with black ink, then stamped and heat embossed the words with white embossing powder.  I finished off the card by adding some pink pearls from the Rainbow Pearl Mix.  

My last card is an A2 card.  I cut a piece of cardstock 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  I then stamped the floral image from the "Believe in Miracles" stamp set around the layer.  I then colored the images with Olo and copic markers.  I then, stamped the image a couple of times on GKD Masking Magic, fuzzy cut around it and covered the images and ink blended the background.  I die cut the top layer and the black layer with Master Layout 1.  I then sprayed some Sterling Silver Glimmer Mist onto the card.  After the mist drived, I stamped the "believe" and heat embossed onto black cardstock.  I added stamped the words with black ink and die cut with GKD Sentiment Strips.  To finish off the card I added some GKD Frozen rheinstones.

Here is my card using the Scandi Christmas Stamp Set.

My card is an A2 card, I die cut the layers using Frames & Flags Die Set. I took the image from the Scandi Christmas Stamp Set and did some repeat stamping on the top layer. I then stamped, embossed with gold embossing powder and die cut the ornaments and pop them onto the card. The circle was die cut from the Circle Frames Die Set. I stamped the sentiment on it and popped it onto the card to look like an ornament.

Newton's Nook Designs - August 2023 Autumn Release - Reveal Day 1

Hello everyone!

It's Reveal Day 1 over at Newtons Nook Designs, the NEWLY released products will be available on Friday, August 18th. The design team will be featuring "Fall Harvest" Stamp Set with coordinating dies, so exciting we are debuting another hot foil plate called Fall Leaves and another sentiment hot foil plate called Autumn Greetings.  If you have not seen all the hot foil plates, you can find them here.  

Here are my cards for your inspiration:

For my first card I am featuring the Fall Harvest Stamp Set and Coordinating Dies. I created an A2 shaker card using the Framework Die Set. The background paper I used the NND Autumn 6x6 Paper Pad. The background of the shaker I used the Fall Leaves Hot Foil Plate. I then stamped the image from the Fall Harvest Stamp Set, colored with alcohol markers and die cut the image. I assembled the shaker and added the apple image to the front of the card. I then stamped the sentiments from the Fall Harvest Stamp Set and die cut them using NND Banner Duo Die Set and the A7 Frames & Banners Die Set.

My second card, I think is adorable. I love the image from the Fall Harvest Stamp Set of the dog peeking out of the leaves. I think the background using the Fall Leaves Hot Foil Plate really makes the image stand out. I stamped the images from the Fall Harvest Stamp set, colored with alcohol markers and then die cut them. I stamped the circle scallop from the NND Circle Frames Die Set and added the grass at the bottom of the circle scallop using the NND Lands Border Die Set. I then foiled the sentiment from the Autumn Greeting Hot Foil Plate and used the sentiment from the reverse foiled sentiment die cutting it using the Banner Duo Die Set.

Hello everyone!

I am here today featuring the NEW Gina K. Designs "Decorative Dahlia" stamp set illustrated by Arjita Singh. This stamp set is so versitle, I love the large floral designs....you can create a background, create a slimline or stamp the image and color it.

Here are my cards for your inspiration:

I masked off the sides to ink blend the middle.  I used GKD medium and dark Lilac ink.  I then used GKD Black Onyx Ink to stamp the image and sentiment.  I added some black GKD pearls.

My second card.  I used the single dahlia stamp and stamped the background with rainbow colors.  The sentiment and word die is from the Create Friendship stamp set and the word die is from the Create Friendship Layering Bundle.

Here is how I created the card:

• A2 card measuring 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2.
• Cut the background papers using the "Christmas Time" paper pad.
• Stamped and die cut the image from the "Holiday Heights" stamp set, colored with alcohol markers.
• Stamped the sentiment and die cut it using the Circle Frame dies.
• Assembled the card.

GINA K. DESIGNS -AUGUST 2022 RELEASE

Hello everyone!

I'm back today with two cards featuring the NEW "Frightful and Delightful" stamp set and coordinating dies illustrated by Beth Salaika and the "Square Starters" Stamp Set illustrated by Melanie Muenchinger. The Square Starters Stamp Set coordinates perfectly with the Master Layouts 3 die set.

My first card, I die cut the panels using Master Layouts 2.  I then used the Sassy Stripes stencil and did the reverse stenciling with GKD Inks (Tangerine Twist, Lucky Clover and Wild Lilac).  I then heat embossed the sentiment from the "Frightful and Delightful" stamp set and die cut it using the smallest circles from Master Layouts 3.  I then stamped and die cut the witches hat from the Frightful and Delightful stamp set and added it to the card.   The design is simple, but very colorful.  All products used are linked below.  

 

My second card features the "Frightful and Delightful" stamp set and coordinating dies.  I used Master Layouts 7 for the top panels.  I ink blended the clouds in the background using GKD inks (Wild Lilac and Black Onyx).  Stamped and die cut the ghost from the  Frightful and Delightful stamp set.  I stamped the sentiment from the Frightful and Delightful stamp set.  I stamped the stars to the panel and used some stickles to give the stars a shine.  Assembled the card. My third card features the "Square Starters" Stamp Set illustrated by Melanie Muenchinger.  I used the  Beautiful Wings stamp set on this card.  I started off using the Master Layouts 1 for the layers. I then stamped the element from the Beautiful Wings stamp set and then stamped the sentiment from the Square Starters.  I embossed the top panel with the GKD Lattace.  I stamped and embossed the dragon fly from the Beautiful Wings stamp set and then added it to the card.  Assembled the card.  All products are linked below.  Affiliate Links used at no additional cost. I am excited to be here sharing a couple of cards I created from the Gina K. Designs NEWLY August 2022 release, that is available NOW. I am using the NEWLY released "Frightful and Delightful" stamp set and coordinating dies illustrated by Beth Salaika and the "Square Starters" Stamp Set illustrated by Melanie Muenchinger. The Square Starters Stamp Set coordinates perfectly with the Master Layouts 3 die set.

Here are my cards for your inspiration:

My first card features the "Frightful and Delightful" stamp set and coordinating dies illustrated by Beth Salaika. I started off by die cutting the top panel with Master Layouts 1.  I ink blended the panel with GKD inks (Black Onyx, Tangerine Twist, Wild Dandelion and Wild Lilac) .  I then die cut all the elements I wanted to use from the Frightful and Delightful stamp set and colored with alcohol markers.  I then stamped the spiderweb and heat embossed it with white embossing powder.  Stamped the sentiment with black ink from the Frightful and Delightful stamp set and assembled the card. My second card I have created a shaker card which features the "Frightful and Delightful" stamp set and coordinating dies.  I used Master Layouts 5 for the window.  I ink blended the background with masking off  a circle for the moon.  I added the bats and the ghost to the back panel and added GKD Galaxy sequins on the inside of the shaker.  I ink blended the background using the Brick Wall stencil onto Soft Stone card stock using Slate ink.  I stamped the sentiment only using the "boo" portion of it.  Assembled the card. My third card features the "Square Starters" Stamp Set illustrated by Melanie Muenchinger.  I stamped the square onto Layering Weight White card stock from the stamp set in GKD black onyx ink and heat embossed it with GKD clear embossing powder.  I used the ric rack stamp from the Square Starter stamp set and stamped it with GKD inks (Lucky Clover, Tangerine Twist and Wild Lilac) using my MISTI.  I die cut the panel with the smallest square die from the Master Layouts 3.  Stamped the sentiment from the Square Starters stamp set and die cut it using the smallest circles dies from Master Layouts 3.  Stamped the word "Halloween" onto black cardstock from the Square Starters stamp set, stamped with GKD embossing and watermark ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder.  Die cut the word using GKD Sentiment Strips.  Assembled the card.  All products are linked below.  Affiliate Links used at no additional cost. My last card features the "Square Starters" Stamp Set illustrated by Melanie Muenchinger.  I stamped the square onto Layering Weight White card stock from the stamp set in GKD black onyx ink and heat embossed it with GKD clear embossing powder and then die cut it using the Master Layouts 3 dies.  Masking off the sides, I used the GKD Brick Wall stencil and used the GKD blending brush to ink blend the stencil with GKD Soft Stone ink.  I stamped the sentiment from the Square Starters stamp set using Black Onyx ink.  Stamped and die cut the moth from Beautiful Wings stamp set illustrated by Melanie Muenchinger.  For finishing touches I added some black pearls from the GKD Pearl Mix.  Assembled the card.  All products are linked below.  Affiliate Links used at no additional cost. Here is how I created my card:

• A2 card measuring 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2.
• Die cut the top layer using the Summertime Paper Pad.
• Cut a piece of paper from the Summertime Paper Pad, added it to a piece of paper and die cut the layers using the Frame & Flags die set. 
• Created the clouds by die cutting the Sky Borders Die Set and using them as a stencil.
• Stamped the images from "Newton's Kite"  Stamp Set, colored with alcohol markers and die cut it with the coordinating dies.
• Stamped the sentiment from the "Newton's Kite"  Stamp Set onto the card using black ink.
• Assembled the card.
