 Here is my card:

Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps have come out with a wonderful line of Harry Potter inspired stamps along with a lot other wonderful stamps. My card is using a few of the Harry Potter inspired stamps, which are the Glasses & Lightening Bolt stamp set, Wizarding Hat and the sentiment is called Favorite Muggle.  The links to these sets and other supplies are listed below.
.

Closer look at my card:

Here is how I put my card together:

1.  I started with an A2 size card,
2.  I positioned the stamps in my Misti that I wanted to use,

3.  I turned my paper around and stamped the images again.  If I have room on my paper I like to stamp the images a couple of times and then I will have them for another card later.

4.  I then took another piece of card stock and positioned my image on the paper, I stamped it,

5.  I then positioned two of the stamps from the Glasses & Lightening Bolt stamp set onto the Misti and stamped them,

6.  I then used a stencil to add some interest onto the card using the Memento ink and a clarity brush,

7.  I finished off my card by adding the sentiment called Favorite Muggle.  I then die cut the layer with a stitched die, back this with a piece of black card stock and then adhered it to my card base.

There you go....using the Misti is so perfect to get your stamps positioned where you want them and get a crisp and clean stamped image! I know I have said it over and over again.....I don't know how I stamped before without it. This is definitely the number one tool I go to for all my stamping needs!  What is yours?

Hello everyone!

The winners will be announced on So Suzy's Blog and So Suzy's Facebook page on May 4th, so be sure to check to see if you are the lucky winner!

Now that I have gotten all the logistics out of the way, I have two cards to share with you.  If you know me, you know I love to make "coffee" related cards.  When I saw So Suzy had this coffee stamp released this month, illustrated by Tracy McLennon called "Coffee at Heart", and the newly released sentiment called "I Mean Coffee", which goes so well with the coffee stamp,  I just had to have it!  My second card, the sentiment I used is called "Procaffeinating" which was designed by Cornelia Wenokor is a free stamp for the month of April, there are only a few more days left this month, be sure to get yours!

Here is how I put my card together:

1.  My card is a top folding card, A2, 4 1/4 x 5 1/2,
2.  I die cut the layer with a rectangle stitched die,
3.  I used a stitched die to cut the 1/2 circle out, I stamped the sentiment with Memento Black ink and adhered it to my card,
4.  I stamped the cups from the Coffee at Heart stamp set with Memento Black ink several times and cut them out with my scan and cut,
5.  I colored the cups with Copics,
6.  I stamped the cup holders with different design paper and fuzzy cut it out and adhered it to the cup, I also stamped the hearts on colored cardstock and fuzzy cut them out and adhered it to the cup holder,
7.  I finished my card off by adding some sequins.

For my second card.....

1.  My card is a top folding card, A2, 4 1/4 x 5 1/2,
2.  I die cut the design coffee paper with a rectangle stitched die,
3.  I used a stitched die to cut the top solid cardstock, I stamped the sentiment with Memento Black ink and used foam tape to adhere it to my card,
4.  I colored the cup with Copics and added some glossy accent on the heart to make it stand out,
6.  I die cut a circle out with vellum, adhered it to the card and used foam tape to pop the coffee cut onto the vellum
7.  I finished my card off by adding some enamel hearts.

Below are the products I used to create my card. Click on the link to go directly to the product. Where available I have used compensated affiliate links which means if you make a purchase I will receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. Thank you so much for your support!

So Suzy December Guest Designer - Snowflake Tree

Sunday, December 4, 2016

I HAVE THREE POST TODAY, IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR CHRISTMAS CHALLENGE BLOG, CLICK HERE.
IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR COTTAGECUTZ, CLICK HERE.

Hello everyone!

I am so excited about being asked to be a guest designer for the month of December for So Suzy Stamps.  I am a fan of their stamps!  So Suzy is having an 'End of the Year Party" and she will be offering free shipping December 1st through the 15th!  You can also win free shipping for the whole year in 2017.  Details are on her blog!

So onto my card, I am using the newly released Snowflake Tree.  I decided to use the technique "triple time stamping". The black layers measures:  2-1/4" x 3-1/2", 3-1/4" x 4-1/2", 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" (score at 4 1/4), the silver layers measure:  2" x 3-1/4", 3" x 4-1/4" and 4" x 5-1/4".  I then stamped the image with versamark and the three layered black cardstock, and heat embossed it with silver embossing powder.  I then added the silver layers to the card.  So easy!

Thank you so much for stopping by, what do you think?  I would love to hear from you.  Also, please stop over at So Suzy Stamps to see other projects created by the talented Design Team with this stamp. There are some great creations.
