Gina K. Designs Foil-Mates Summer 2018 Release

Hello everyone!

I am here with Gina K. Designs showcasing  Thermoweb Foil-Mates™ Collections.  There are four new Foil-Mates™  that will go great with the collection you may already have!!! 

All of the new Foil-Mates™ are available NOW in the Gina K. Designs store under the tab "What's New". We hope to inspire you with some beautiful projects as you hop along to each of the designer’s blogs!

My first card is from the Gina K. Designs Foil-Mates™ Label Borders.  These borders go with the Gina K. Designs Decorative Label Dies.  These are perfect borders for any project you may want to use them on.  

 

My card, I embossed the first layer, I die cut the label out with the Gina K. Designs Decorative Label Die, I foiled it with Gina K. Designs Fancy  Foil™ Turquoise Sea.  The butterfly and sentiment are from the Stamp n Foil™ Collection.

My second project, I am using the Gina K. Designs Tag Borders.  I used the two larger tags which I die cut with the Gina K. Designs Decorative Tag Dies.  I love these tags, they are so versatile.  I am sharing a baby tag, birthday tag and a to, from tag.  Are you wondering where that cute little elephant came from?  All the supplies I used are below, this stamp set is Gina K. Designs illustrated by Beth Silaika.  The birthday present and sentiment are from the Stamp n Foil™ Collection.

My next card is from the Gina K. Designs Foil-Mates™ Better With You.  The sentiments in this set are great ones for your best friend!  

For this card, I used toner sheet and left over foil pieces from the Foil Mates™ Ornamental Holiday I used on another project.  Don't ever throw your pieces away, you can always save them for another project.  I foiled the sentiment and the background toner sheet with Fancy Foil™ Radiant Red.  The hearts are from the Gina K. Designs Double Stitched Ovals Dies.  I used toner paper and foiled it with Radiant Red and die cut them out.

Here is another card I created with the Gina K. Designs Foil-Mates™ Better With You.  I could not do a post with Gina K. Designs and not use the Wreath Builder stencil!  The sentiment is from the Gina K. Designs Foil-Mates™ Better With You, I foiled the sentiment with Fancy Foils™ Dazzling Orange.

My next card is made with the Foil-Mates™ Birthday Bash.  Love this set too!  You can make many cards out of these Foil Mates™. 

The background stars are from the Foil-Mates™ Stars and Stripes, I foiled the sentiment with Fancy Foils Twinkling Pink.  I die cut the sentiment with Gina K. Designs Double Stitched Ovals Dies.

My last card is also from the Foil-Mates™ Birthday Bash. I foiled this sentiment with  Fancy Foils™
Dazzling Orange. The side layer is from the Gina K. Designs Foil-Mates™ Backgrounds Bold Backdrops that I foiled with Gina K. Designs Fancy Foils™  Brilliant Blue.

CASology - Week 292: FOIL

Hello everyone,

I am popping in on this snowy day to play along with CASology (clean and simple) Challenge which is Foil this week.  Thanks Claire for letting me know about the challenge.  I am a fan of foiling, Gina K. Designs has a huge line of beautiful foils and Foil-Mates™.   If you have not played with them, you are missing out!

Here is my card for the challenge:

My card is an A2 card, I used a retired embossing folder from Stampin Up and embossed the panel.  I then die cut the oval frame and popped it up on the card.  The foil is from the Gina K. Designs StampnFoil™ Foil-Mates Detail Sheet "Time to Celebrate".  I die cut the birthday cake with the StampnFoil™ Foil-Mates Craft Dies. I then used the Gina K. Designs Fancy Foils™ Dazzling Orange to foil the cake and the happy birthday sentiment.

Monthly Mix Challenge: Black and White with a Twist - MMC32018

Hello everyone!

I'm playing along with the March Monthly Mix Challenge over at StampTV.  My design team mate Sheri Gilson is this month's hostess and her challenge is called, "Black and White with a Twist!". If you follow Sheri, you know she is a big fan of black and white cards and makes the nicest bows on her cards.  I love her style and her designs.  All the challenge details can be found HERE.

Here is my take on the challenge.  My twist color is the new Gina K. Designs Fancy Foils™ Dazzling Orange.  This has to be my favorite color of all the foils, but I say that about everyone!  All of the foils are so beautiful and I can't get enough of using them.  The butterfly is from the newly released  
StampnFoil™ Foil-Mates Detail Sheet Butterfly.   I  die cut the butterfly with the Gina K. Designs Butterfly Kisses Die and then foiled the butterfly with the Gina K. Designs Fancy Foils™ Dazzling Orange.  The sentiment is from the Gina K. Designs Stamp n Foil™ Clear Stamps Butterfly Kisses.
