Joy Clair Stamps - September 2018 New Release Blog Hop

Thursday, October 4, 2018

Hello everyone!

I am here with Joy Clair Stamps showcasing the new stamp sets called "Falling Leaves"  and "New Year New Me" .  You should be coming from Monica Maier blog and your next stop will be Nicole Winslow.  Joy Clair stamps has a huge release this month, be sure to hop along with the design team to see all the creations.  What is a blog hop without a prize?  There is a $25.00 gift card up for grabs for one lucky winner for commenting on each designers blog.

Here is my project:

Here is how I created my card:

1.  I started with an A2 top folding card,
2.  To create my background I used a couple of Tim Holtz Alcohol Inks on Yupo Paper.
3.  Once it was dry, I stamped the Joy Clair Falling Leaves background stamp using Tim Holtz Alcohol Lift Ink. This ink lifts the ink away. I immediately stamped the ink off on a piece of white cardstock, leaving the ink behind.
4.  I then gently rubbed away the excess ink from the alcohol inked surface with a dry paper towel. I now can create two projects, but right now I am just showing this one.  I will use the other stamped image later.

Just remember there is a $25 gift certificate to ONE lucky winner! Just leave a comment on the Joy Clair Blog and ALL the Designers Blog (listed below)  by Sunday, October 7th, for a chance to win. The winner will be announced on the Joy Clair Blog on October 31st. Our new products are now available in the Joy Clair Store! We hope you find something you like!

Thank you for stopping by, enjoy the hop.  I hope you are inspired by the design teams projects!
