Here is my take on the sketch.  I am using the Impression Obsession rubber stamp called Bird on a Branch released in January 2016.  The sentiment is from Stampin Up called A Dozen Thoughts which was released in June 2013.

Thanks again for stopping by, please don't forget to stop over at the Retro Rubber Challenge blog and join the fun and check out the beautiful projects the design team members have created. You have until June 30th to join in on the fun!

  1. Hello Donna: Your card is so beautiful, I can never get those solid stamps to give me a perfect image like in your card, the sky you created is gorgeous and it really makes this beautiful bird silhouette pop.
Thank you for your comment on my Chinese Lanterns, you spelled my name wrong, it's Maria, not Neva, LOL!!
This mix up happened to me just this morning, I was commenting on a card at The Flower Challenge, which is one of my other DT challenge blogs and I told the lady "thank you for sharing your card with us at SHOPPING OUR STASH, which also is another of my 3 DT challenge blogs.
No worries my dear, just struck me funny.
    Hugs,
    Maria. (not Neva, ha ha!!!)

    3. Maria, I hardly ever stamp without my Misti! And I used black versatile ink.

  2. This is so incredibly gorgeous! Love the background you've created for these bold birds and the twine... just wonderful. I'm interested to hear that you use the MISTI all the time. I usually forget that i have one! Fabulous, is all I can say about this card, except maybe - double fabulous!

  3. This card is gorgeous, Donna! I love your background with the twine dividing the "panels". I use my MISTI with my solid stamp images also... even then it can be difficult! Off to pin, my friend!!
