Here is my take on the color challenge. You have until November 13th to join the challenge.
I used the Gina K. Designs Festive Phrases Stamp Set, which was released in September 2023. I stamp the “Merry Christmas” sentiment in red ink to make it the focal point of my card. I added the holly leaves with the berries from the Gina K. Designs Under the Mistletoe Stamp Set, which was also released in September 2023. I colored the holly leaves with alcohol markers in traditional Christmas green and red.
For my background, I used the beautiful Christmas Tree Farm Basics paper collection from Paper Rose. I added a coordinating red strip of patterned cardstock behind my focal image and layered everything onto a stitched oval with a red mat.
To finish off the design, I added a few red glitter embellishments for a little extra sparkle!
I love how all the traditional Christmas elements came together to create this festive holiday card.
