I am here with Joy Clair featuring the newly released stamp set Deer Friends, this is the cutest set! If you have not had a chance to see all the new stamps released last month, please stop by Joy Clair Stamps and check them out. There are so many newly released Bible Journaling sets for those of you who love bible journaling. Also, there are so many beautiful creations by the design team that will surely get your creative juices flowing!
Here is my card that I am sharing with you today:
Another view of my card
Here is how I created my card:
1. My card is an A2 card, 4 1/4 x 5 1/2,
2. The next layer I die cut it with a stitched die, measuring 4 x 5 1/4,
3. I embossed the layer with an embossing folder,
4. I then stamped the images I wanted to use on my card and used my scan and cut to cut them out,
5. I then colored them with Copics,
6. I stamped the sentiment from the Joy Clair Deer Friends stamp set and die cut it out with a stitched fishtail die. I adhered this to my card with foam tape,
7. I then arranged the animals from the Joy Clair Deer Friends where I wanted them on my card and popped them up with foam tape.
8. To put some finishing touches on my card, I added some black Nuvou Drops to the eyes and the body of the deer to give them some dimension (see card below).
