Sweet n' Sassy Stamps - Happy Birthday!

Sunday, November 19, 2023

Hello everyone!

I am here featuring the latest release stamp set from Sweet n' Sassy Stamps called Cocoa's Brithday Wish .  They are still celebrating their 16th birthday, with a sale.  You can buy 2 stamps and get 1 free from the Creative Worship Stamp Sets.  You can find them all here

Sweet n' Sassy has a challenge every month on their Facebook page called Sweet n' Sassy Stamps VIP Group, this month the theme is birthday.  I am going to play along this month with this card.

Here is my card for your inspiration:

My card is an A2 card, I stamped and die cut the image from the Cocoa Birthday Wish stamp set and colored it with copics using rainbow colors. I put fine glitter for the icing of the cake.  The sentiment is from SNSS Lots of Love.  The card I created is a Gift Card Holder.  This is not a great card to make for a birthday, but with the holiday's coming up, you can create a Christmas, Wedding, Anniversary any card you want to give money or a gift card for.

Here is the inside of the card, I created a pocket on the side to add the gift card.  The sentiments are from the Cocoa Birthday Wish.  The paper I am using is from my stash, it is a 6x6 paper pack from Honey Bee (not sure if this is available).

2020 FALL/WINTER COFFEE LOVERS BLOG HOP - Coffee Gift Card

Tuesday, November 10, 2020

Hello everyone!

I am here with another card to link up for the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop using Simon Says Stamps Latte Gift Card Slider.  This is a very versatile die, you can make it as a gift card on a card or do what I did.  I created an ornament that is a gift card holder that can be hung on a Christmas tree.  I plan to make several of these as gifts this season.

Here is my card and how I put it together.

I die cut the coffee cup die and the inside piece twice.  I then die cut two more cups with design paper.  I adhered all the pieces together.  Notice the string on the handle, I will use this to hang the cup on the Christmas tree.

This is the inside card, I inked up the bottom of the inside card and added the sentiment, the cinnamon sticks and snowflake.

Here is the inside card with the gift card inside.

Thank you for stopping by, please come back again soon.
