JOY CLAIR DESIGNS MAY 2020 NEW RELEASE BLOG HOP - DAY 2

Hello everyone!

Welcome to the Day 2 of the NEW release from Joy Clair Stamps!  You should be coming from Renee Moran blog.  I hope you enjoyed Day 1 of the blog hop featuring the two digitals called Cup of Joy and Floral Joy.  If you did not have a chance to join the blog hop on day one, you can start here.

The design team is featuring two NEWLY released digital sets called "Bumble Bee" and "Spring Floral Joy".  To celebrate the NEW release, there will be TWO prizes.  One is a Junkie Bunkie, Accessory ZIP Bag donated by Den Nichols owner of  Simply Charming Everyday along with  a surprise package from Joy Clair Designs.  The SECOND prize is a  a gift card of $20 dollars valid for STAMPS only at the Joy Clair Designs Store.

My first card  for DAY 2 of the blog hop is from the NEW Digital set Bumble Bear.  This is going to be one of my favorites!  The images are so cute and I love the sentiments.  My card is an A2 card, I distress the background with distress inks, I used a triple background die which I used three different shades of yellow cardstock, I adhered it to the base of my card.  I colored the bear image with Copics and added some diamond stickles to the wings for definition.  I used a stitched die to die cut the sentiment.    I used foam tape to add the image and sentiment to my card.

My second card is from the NEW Spring Floral Basket digital set I created an easel card, added some designer paper from my stash and added it to the base of the card.  I die cut the oval shape and adhered it to the easel card.  I printed the images I used from the Spring Floral Basket set, used my scan and cut to cut it out and colored the two tulip images with Copics.  I adhered them to the oval shape with foam tape, and fuzzy cut the image and added it to the card.

If you did not see the release of the "Spicy Like That" digital set last week, here is the set and a card I created using the set. Joy Clair Designs will be donating 50% of all proceeds from the "Spicy Like That" digital stamp set to Feeding America. This is one of the fabulous charity that is working to help food banks across the country during these unsure times. Feeding America is also putting together special food boxes for low-income families during the pandemic.
