Newton's Nook Designs - Loves Mew

Hello everyone!

Have you finished making your Valentine cards? I have some inspiration today using the Newton's Nook Designs "Newton's Antics" Stamp Set. This set is an oldy, but goody set that can be used for lots of occasions. It is so adorable.... I used the image of the cute kitties snuggling together, perfect to send someone for Valentine's.

Here is how I created my card:

My card is an A2 top folding card measuring 4 1/4 x 5 1/2. I used the Frames & Flags Die to die cut the scallop background using last year's Valentine paper called "Love & Meows" 6x6 Paper Pad. I die cut the hearts from the Heart Frames Die Set and adhered them to the card.

I colored the images from the "Newton's Antics" Stamp Set with alcohol markers.  I adhered the cute kitties to the heart along with the toy mouse.  I stamped the hearts onto the white heart die cut and colored them with alcohol markers.  I stamped and embossed the sentiment from the "Newton's Antics" Stamp Set and added it to the card.
