Kat Scrappiness - Happy Thanksgiving!

Hello everyone!

I am here with Kat Scrappiness with a Thanksgiving card using the NEWLY released Gobble Gobble Stamp and Dies Sets! All supplies I used are listed below. Please stop over at the Kat Scrappiness Blog and there is lots of inspiration there for your Thanksgiving makes. 

Here is my card for your inspiration.


Here is how I created my card:
  • Card base is an A2 card, measuring 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.
  • Die cut the layers using KS Never Ending Rectangle Dies, top layer pattern paper is from the 6x6 Gobble Gobble 6x6 Paper Pad. 
  • Die cut the words "Give Thanks" from the Give Thanks with Shadow Die.
  • Stamped, die cut and colored the images from the Gobble Gobble Stamp Set.
  • Die cut the bottle from the Cast a Spell Dies.
  • Assembled the card and added Espresso AB Pearl Mix to the card.

Newton's Nook Designs - Winter is Warmer Together

Hello everyone!

I am here with Newton's Nook Designs featuring the Frosty Folk Stamp and Dies Sets. I love this cute set with the snowmen family all together, just like the sentiment says, "Winter is warmer together".

Here is how I created the card:
  • Die cut the top layer using the Framework Dies.
  • Used the Christmas Tree Line Stencil in the background, adding some Therm O Web Gold Glitz Glitter Gel to the trees.
  • Stamped the image from the Frosty Folks Stamp Set colored with copics and die cut with the coordinating Frosty Folks Die Set.
  • Stamped the sentiment from the Frosty Folks Stamp Sets, heat embossed with white embossing powder, die cut the sentiment using the Frames & Flags Dies.
  • Ink blended the background and added snowflakes from the Frosty Folks Stamp Set.
  • Assembled the card and finished off the card by adding fine glitter to the hats.

RETRO RUBBER CHALLENGE BLOG #194 - Color Challenge

Hello everyone!

I am here with Retro Rubber Challenge blog and we have a new challenge which is a color challenge. Be sure to stop over on the Retro Rubber Challenge blog to get more inspiration, the design team has some wonderful creations!

The rules to play along with Retro Rubber Challenge is very simple, make sure the stamp you use on your project is at least one year or older. For more details on the rules, you can find them over on Retro Rubber Challenge blog.


I am using a stamp set from Taylored Expressions called Diamond Botanical. The stamp set was released in February 2021. I have used earth tones on the card, reds, browns and greens.


Here is my card for your inspiration and how I put it together:
  • Created an A2 card measures 4 1/4 x 5 1/2
  • Die cut the strips from TE 1/2" Easy Strips in different card stocks and adhered to a piece of paper.  
  • Stamped the strips with a wooden background stamp with white pigment ink and then die cut it with a stitched die.
  • Stamped and heat embossed the triangle from the Diamond Botanical.
  • Die cut the center with the coordinating die.
  • Stamped and heat embossed the sentiment from the Diamond Botanical stamp set onto vellum and adhered it to the back of the triangle.
  • Assembled the card and added some clear bubbles to the card.

My card is an A2 card.  the background paper was cut using the 6x6 Halloween Meows paper pad.  This paper is perfect for the hop, it has the different kitties in the background dress in halloween customs.  The image is from the Halloween Pile Stamp Set and the sentiment is from the Spiderweb Oval Stamp Set.  The image is colored with copics.

Kat Scrappiness - Pawsome Dog 2 and Pawsome Cat October 2022 Release

Hello everyone!

I am here with Kat Scrappiness, Inc. and the Creative Crew is showcasing lots of products from the Pawsome Dog 2 and Pawsome Cat October 2022 NEW release! I am featuring four cards I created using a variety of NEWLY Released products from Kat Scrappiness. Be sure to stop by the Kat Scrappiness Blog for lots of inspiration. Here are my first two cards using the Pawsome 2 products for your inspiration.  All supplies are listed below.  


Here is how I created the card:

My first card features the newly released Build A Pawsome Dog Die and In the Dog House Die.  The sentiment and design paper are previously released.  The layers are die cut using the Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Dies and Double Stitched Rectangle Dies.  The heart is from the  Double Stitched Heart Dies.  I die cut the paw from the In the Dog House Die.


My second card features the NEWLY released "In the dog House Die" and the "Pawsome Love Backdrop Die".  The wood grain paper is from the previously released "Lumber Yard Paper Pad".  The dog and sentiment is from the previously released "Pawsome Dogs Stamp & Die" and "Pawsome Dog Sentiments & Die".

My next two cards are using products from the NEWLY released Pawsome Cat Release.


I created a "Z Fold Card" which can fit in an A2 envelope.  There are lots of tutorials on youtube if you would like to recreate this card.  The papers I used are from the 6x6 "Kats Meow Paper Pad".  The image and sentient are from the "Pawsome Cat Stamp & Die" and  "Pawsome Cats Sentiment".  


My second card I created using the NEWLY released Pawsome Cat products.  The background I dry embossed the  Fish Bone Stencil.  I die cut the layers using the Never Ending Rectangle Dies.  The cute cat and sentiment are from the "Pawsome Cats Stamp & Dies" and "Pawsome Cats Sentiments".  The blue and white strip paper is from the "Kat's Meow paper".

NEWTON'S NOOK DESIGNS - October 2022 RELEASE - REVEAL DAY 4

Hello everyone!

It's the last day of the Holiday Reveal with Newton's Nook Designs! All the products I have featured this week will be  available tomorrow, Friday, October 14th in the Newton's Nook Designs store. The design team is featuring "Snowflake Oval" Stamp Set today. For more inspiration please visit Newton's Nook Design Blog to see what the design team has created.


Here is how I created my first card:
  • A2 card measuring 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2.
  • Cut the background papers using the "Christmas Time" paper pad.
  • Created a Shaker card, die cut the scallop oval using the Oval Frames Die Set.
  • Stamped and embossed the snowflakes and sentiment from the "Snowflake Oval" Stamp Set in white embossing powder. Added it to the scallop frame, added acetate and added the snowflakes.
  • Stamped the image from the Holiday Heights Stamp Set and colored with copic markers, die cut the image with the coordinating dies.
  • Assembled the card.

Kat Scrappiness - Happy Halloween

Here is how I created my card:
  • Card base is an A2 card, measuring 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.
  • Die cut the top layer using KS newly released Boo to You paper pad with the KS Double Stitched Rectangle Dies.
  • Die cut the words from the KS Spooky Happy Halloween Dies.
  • Die cut the bottle from the Cast a Spell Dies.
  • The vellum is die cut using the Stitched Nesting Hexagon Dies.
  • Added foam tape to the back of the Spooky Happy Halloween and the Cast a Spell Die.
  • Assembled the card and added the stars from the Groovy Ghouls Sprinkle Mix.

NEWTON'S NOOK DESIGNS - October 2022 RELEASE - REVEAL DAY 3

Hello everyone!

It's Reveal Day 3 of the NEWLY released products that will be available on Friday, October 14th. The design team is featuring "Christmas Nap" Stamp Set and coordinating Dies, "Newton’s Gift" Stamp Set and  coordinating Die. Here is my first card:


Here is how I created my card:
  • A2 card measuring 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2.
  • Ink blended the back panel using inks.
  • Cut a strip from the Christmas Time Paper Pad.
  • Stamped and die cut the image from the "Christmas Nap" stamp set, die cut with the coordinating die and colored with alcohol markers.
  • Die cut the "peace and Joy" words from the coordinating die to Christmas Nap.
  • Assembled the card.

Here is my second card using "Newton’s Gift" Stamp Set and  coordinating Die.  I'm in love with this stamp set.  it is perfect for your holiday gift tags.


Here is how I created my second card:
  • Die cut two tags in white from the NND Fancy Edge Tag Dies.
  • Die cut two more tags using the Christmas Time and Canine Paper Pads and adhered to the white panels.
  • Die cut some of the other elements from the Fancy Tag Dies and added to the tags..
  • Stamped and die cut the image from the "Newton’s Gift" Stamp Set and die cut using the coordinating Die and colored with alcohol markers.
  • Added these to the tags.

Here is the back of the tag, I stamped the "to" and "from" from the Newton's Gift stamp set.

NEWTON'S NOOK DESIGNS - October 2022 RELEASE - REVEAL DAY 2

Here is how I created my first card:
  • A2 card measuring 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2.
  • Cut the top layer at 4 x 51/2 and used the NND Petite Snow Stencil with some glitter gel.
  • Stamped and die cut the images from the "Holiday Haul" stamp set, colored with alcohol markers.
  • Stamped the sentiment at the bottom of the panel.
  • Assembled the card.



Here is how I created my second card:
  • A2 card measuring 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2.
  • Cut the background using the NEW Canine Christmas paper with the NND Frames and Flags Die Set.
  • Stamped and die cut the image from the "Wreath Pups" stamp set, die cut with the coordinating die and colored with alcohol markers.
  • Stamped the sentiment at the bottom of the white panel.
  • Die cut the circle from the NND Circles Frames Die Set from vellum..
  • Assembled the card.

RETRO RUBBER CHALLENGE BLOG #193 - ANYTHING GOES

Hello everyone!

I am here with Retro Rubber Challenge blog and we have a new challenge, which is "Anything Goes"! I love challenges with anything goes, because you can create anything you would like! I have created a Birthday themed card. Be sure to stop over on the Retro Rubber Challenge blog to get more inspiration, the design team has some wonderful creations!

Here is my card for your inspiration. I am using Your Next Stamps called Celebrating You. The set was released in August 2020.


My card is clean and simple and measures 4 1/4 x 5 1/2, I die cut the top layer with a stitched die from my stash. I ink blended some yellow ink in the center of the card.  I die cut the image from Your Next Stamp set Celebrating You and colored it with copies.  I adhered it in the center of the card with foam tape and stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set in black.  I finished off the card by adding some glitter enamel dots onto every other present.

  • Stamped the sentiment and die cut it using the Circle Frame dies.
  • Assembled the card.
