Here is how I put my card together:

I wanted to use the winter theme for the hop, so I embossed the first layer with snowflakes, I had this lovely paper in my stash. I am using the Crackerbox & Suzy Stamp "Coffee Cup" . I wanted to stay with the color theme, so I colored the cup with Copics and used some paper to paper piece the center.  I added the sentiment from the Crackerbox & Suzy Stamp Tiny Word Set 4.
