RETRO RUBBER CHALLENGE BLOG #118 - Sketch

Hello everyone!

I am here with Retro Rubber Challenge blog and we have a new challenge, which is a sketch.
If you have not joined our challenges before, the rules are very simple, just use a stamp older than a year and you must include the age (or approximate age) of the stamp in your blog post. I cannot wait to see you take on it.

Here is my take on the sketch:

The stamp set I am using is created by Avery Elle Toucan Party, it was released in February 2018.

My card is an A2 card, my design paper is cut to 4 1/4 x 5 1/2, I then cut the square panel, stamped the sentiment, I stamped the images with Memento Tuxedo Black, cut them out using my scan and cut and then colored with copics.  I laid the elements where I wanted them, adhered the floral and balloon images on with adhesive, then used foam squares to adhere the toucans.

Are you ready to play along? Be sure to stop over on the Retro Rubber Challenge blog to get some more inspiration! Thank you for stopping by, you have until September 6th d to join the fun!

Listed below are the products I used. Click on the link to go directly to the product. Where available I have used compensated affiliate links which means if you make a purchase I will receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. Thank you so much for your support!

  3. Wonderful, Donna! That bright floral paper is beautiful but you haven't let it dominate the card. Rather, it is a perfect place for the birds to be nestling into. It's a mini-celebration all on its own!
