Gina K. Designs 2018 September Release Blog Hop - Day 2

Hello everyone!

Welcome back to Day 2 of the Gina K. Designs September blog hop! The release is now available over at Gina K. Designs and can be found HERE under the "what's new" tab. Today the design team is featuring two new sets the first one is called Rustic Autumn illustrated by Theresa Momber and Something Good in Every Day illustrated by Lisa Hettrick.

There is a prize up for grabs for each day of the hop. Just leave a comment on each stop of the hop for a chance to WIN a $50 Gina K. Designs gift certificate! A total of THREE certificates will be awarded. The winners will be announced over in theStampTV Big News forum a few days after the hop has ended.

My first card is from this beautiful fall/autumn stamp set called Rustic Autumn, these images are so nice, you can use this set for a lot of different events and a great set for a masculine card.  My card is clean and simple.  For my card, I cut a piece of card stock, and centered it in the middle of my card, i stamped the tree and then used Gina K. Designs autumn/fall ink colors and stamped the smaller leaves from the Rustic Autumn stamp set.  I then cut another piece of card stock 4 x 4 and lined the leaves up and adhered it to my card.  I added the grass using the Gina K. Designs Tiny Textures mini stamp set.  I finished the card off by adding the sentiment and a wooden leaf from my stock.

My second card is made from the Something Good in Every Day illustrated by Lisa Hettrick.  If you love water coloring, you may want to check her blog out.  She loves water coloring and her sets are all water color friendly.  I am not very good at coloring images with water color so I just stamped my images onto my card.  I did a little masking around the frame.  I stamped a couple of the flowers from the set and colored them with copics.  I added them to my card with foam dots.

Listed below are the products I used. Click on the link to go directly to the product. Where available I have used compensated affiliate links which means if you make a purchase I will receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. Thank you so much for your support!

Enjoy all the fabulous inspiration as you hop along with the design team, make sure to comment on each blog for a chance to win one of the THREE $50.00 Gina K. Designs gift certificates! The winner will be announced in the Big News Forum at StampTV a few days after the hops conclude.
