Gina K. Designs March Preview- Day 3



Hello everyone!

Welcome back to the last day of the Gina K. Designs March release preview! Are you ready for more inspiration? The reveal and Release Party is tonight at 7 pm Central time over at StampTV. The March Release will be available over at Gina K. Designs after the reveal party tonight!

My first card features the NEW "You Make me Smile" set illustrated by Gina K. . I stamped and embossed the card with gold embossing powder and colored it with colored pencils. Gina K. has a wonderful video that you can look at here.

    This new stamp is perfect for colored pencils. Love the use of them on the black cardstock. Love to use sentiments for a focal point, and this set looks like it will be perfect for that.

    I was wondering how the purple showed up so well. Then I read colored pencils. I'm going to try it. I'll also try my chalk pencils. I just love the effect!!

    I love gold embossing on black paper. It is one of my favorites. I had so much fun with the lat kit making these. I can't wait to have a new set to do this with.

    Your cards are so very gorgeous! The first one is fabulous with the gold embossing and purple flowers on the black done with colored pencils. And, the second is wonderful too and I sure love the new hand designed sentiments.

    I love the sentiment in the second card and think that card is very nice, but the first one is really beautiful too with the gold embossing. Nice choice!
