I am here with another fun challenge with Retro Rubber's Challenge Blog, which is "April Showers". To join the challenge, simply use a stamp one year old or older and the theme below. It's so much fun to join Retro Rubber's challenges. Don't forget to stop by the blog and see all the other design teams creations.
Here is my card.....
I am using a stamp by My Favorite Thing called My Umbrella, this stamp set came out sometime in February 2010. I have a few umbrella, rain type stamps and I could not decide which one to use....but I decided on the MFT stamp. I am also using the MFT Sketch challenge for my card and participating in the Simon Says Monday Challenge - April Shower's also! I first cut an A2 card, I cut and die cut my layers. I stamped the little girl from MFT and fuzzy cut her out. I colored her with copics and paper pieced the umbrella and her coat with different colors. I finished my card with the sentiment by MFT called Blue Skies Ahead and I found some enamal rain drops in my stash and added them to my card.
Don't forget to stop over at the Retro Rubber Challenge blog and join the fun and check out the beautiful projects the design team members have created. Leave me a comment to tell me how you liked my card, I love to read them. Thanks for stopping by, come back again soon!!
