I cannot believe we are already on challenge 8 for the Craft Hoarders Anonymous Challenge Blog. How time flies, you know the old saying, "time flies when your having fun!" Yes, I am having fun. This is the first design team I have ever been on and I have meant some extraordinary people. Everyone is so talented and are wonderful ladies.
This challenge is "show us some metal or glass". Do you hoard gears, pins, brads, eyelets, frames, and other metal do-dads? Do you have a thing for tiny light bulbs and glass vials? Do junk drawers make you giddy? Do you hang out in office supply stores so you can score funky paperclips? Do bottle caps make you swoon? Dig through your hoard to find something metal or glass (or both) and make a project to share! This months sponsors are SinCity stamps and Really Reasonable Ribbon. Here are the details:
Sin City Stamps, owned and operated by Donna Harrison in Las Vegas Nevada, manufactures deep-etched, red-rubber stamps, laser-cut stencils, masks, chipboard pieces, page layouts, die cuts, and chipboard books. Visit the Website and the Blog.
This week we are joining SinCity stamps for a blog hop, please stop by and check out their creations. Don't forget to leave a comment to let them know how much you love their project. The links are below:

Here is my card for this challenge. I embossed the background and cut the balloons out with Martha Stewart's balloon punch. I embossed the "Happy Birthday". The brads on each side of the card are metal and to finish the card off, I put the RRR ribbon behind the birthday strip.
Recipe:
Stamps: SinCity Happy Birthday and Hero Arts Background Diamond Zig Zag,
Ink: Stampin' Stuff Silver Embossing powder
Paper: Stampin Up Black cardstock, 80 lbs white cardstock for background
Accessories: RRR April Ribbon Club Assortment, Martha Stewart
balloon punch, Birthday brads, and glass rhinestones
Ok, let's see what you can create with some metal or glass or both. The challenge rules are HERE. Make sure you LINK your project up using the Link Tool on the Craft Hoarders Anonymous Challenge Blog.
Take time to visit my design team members. They have beautiful projects to share with you. Don't forget to leave a comment to let them know how much you love their project.
