Sweet Valentine

Hello everyone,

I am back again with a Valentine card.  I hope you are inspired by my Valentine cards.  Oh, did I tell you I love making Christmas and Valentine cards?  I am here joining Fusion Card Challenge.  I love their sketches and inspiration photos.  I don't get to play often, but when I do, I am really inspired by them.  Here is my take on the inspiration and sketch photos.  I hope you get a chance to play along.

Here is the inspiration:

I love how the card came out, I love the redish wood grain paper and the hearts that I used.  What do you think?  Leave me a comment, I love reading them.

New to You - a2z Scrapbooking January's Challenge!

Hello everyone,

I am back with a2z Scrapbooking's January Challenge, to use anything "new to you". The item or items can be any Hero Arts product (Stencils, stamps, dies, embossing folders) to create a card with a product that is new to you!  I am using another stamp set that I have had for a while, but had never used.  It is called "Four Hearts".  These hearts are cling hearts and there are four different hearts.  Love it!!!!  The sentiment is from one of my oldies, but favor sentiment set from Hero Arts called "Year Round Sentiments".  I can't wait to see your take on this challenge.

This is the inside of the card.  I used the heart from Hero Arts, "Untitled Hearts".  The sentiment is from the  "Year Round Sentiments".

My Heart Flutters....

Hello bloggers,

I hope you all made it through the beautiful snow we had yesterday!  There just has not been enough for us to make a snowman.  I am here today playing along with Waffle Flower's color challenge.  Most of you know, I love color challenges.  This one sure was a challenge, although the colors are beautiful, it just was not the typical colors.  Here is the color palette I worked with and here is my card.  What do you think?  When I saw this stamp set, called Flutter, I love the sentiments in this set.  And I just had to use the butterfly die from MFT.

Well what do you think?  I enjoyed working with the Waffle Flower stamps, they are very nice.  They stamp very nice and you get a clear image.  I love a nice stamp set!!!!  I hope you will hop on over to Waffle Flower's Challenge and join the fun.  There are a few more days left.  And if you love to participate in challenges, Craft Hoarders Anonymous challenge still has a few more days to play along too.  They has a really nice challenge where you can choose your challenge.  I'll be back tomorrow with another card with the Stampin Up You and Me stamp set.
