A Blog Named Hero with Lawn Fawn

Wednesday, October 4, 2017

 Hello everyone!

This month A Blog Named Hero is collaborating with one of my favorite companies which is Lawn Fawn!  Make sure you stop over at A Blog Named Hero's blog to get some inspiration all month long!  And join in on the challenge which is "Critters"!

Here is my card:

I am using the sentiment from Hero Arts "Many Everyday Messages" the dog is from the Hero Arts set Woof.  The stamp set I am using from Lawn Fawn is called "Jump for Joy".  The tree and the leaves are from Lawn Fawn "Leafy Tree Backdrop - Portrait".  The paper is also from Lawn Fawn's newly released 6x6 paper pack Knock on Wood.

My card is an A2 card, I created the background by using the MFT Mini Cloud Edges using Hero Arts Soft Pool ink.  The tree frame and green hills were die cut from the Lawn Fawn Leafy Tree Backdrop - Portrait using the paper from the Lawn Fawn 6x6 paper pack Knock on Wood.  I colored all the images with copics.  The leaves and the acorn I die cut from the Lawn Fawn Leafy Tree Backdrop - Portrait die with scraps in my stash.  The sentiment was stamped with Hero Arts Intense Black ink and die cut with MFT Slanted Sentiment Strips.

Closer look at the card!
